Short story: DON'T sell a car here. These people are horribly dishonest and don't even honor a…read morecontract. I put a minimum of $3100 on a car and they sold it for $2350. When asked about it, the auctioneer was amazingly rude, lied to me, and refused to do anything about it!! This is the only review I've ever written, because I think the way I was treated was unbelievably wrong and I want to help others avoid what happened to me. Long story: I'm new to car auctions, but needed a new vehicle on a budget and had a friend that frequently purchases vehicles this way who said he'd help me. In the heat of the moment, I purchased a car (from a different auction) that I really didn't want. I thought about driving it for a while and selling it, but I heard these guys would let me auction it off so.... I brought my car to them to sell and put a minimum of $3100 on it, because I was enthusiastically assured this was a reasonable amount. I had put $3400 into the car so it wasn't worth it to me to sell it for much less than $3100. They sold it for $2350. When I went in to pick up the money, I asked the Saturday auctioneer why he sold it for so little when there was a minimum. The guy was incredibly rude and dismissive and wouldn't address the question even though I posed it repeatedly. He even pretended, when it was convenient, to not understand what I was saying. I'm a young, quiet woman so I felt like he was trying to be so mean to me that I shut down and just let it go. After I pressed him further, he finally told me that the Sunday auctioneer had been there that day and told him to sell it, and that was his entire explanation. I told him that didn't make sense. Another incredibly dismissive shrug and facial expression later, he was handing me the money and asking me to sign on a contract that I'd received it. The contract also clearly stated that the minimum bid for the car was supposed to be $3100. I pointed this out to him and asked for a copy of the contract. He looked at me like I was crazy (for about the 10th time). I repeated myself, got nowhere, and finally took a picture of the page in lieu of a hard copy. There were also some blatant lies told to me that day as well, but that's less relevant and this review is already long so I won't describe them. This happened yesterday so I will post an update if anything changes.

I've been there twice first time I went there they wouldn't do the auction because there was less…read morethan 20 people so we waited for an hour for them to tell us it was canceled the second time I went there there was bidding and once you won the car the bait and switch the price do not go to this place
