The salesman's said that until my existing car finance had been settled, I could not test drive the vehicle as it 'has a lot of interest and can't put the mileage up'. A gentleman at their other site very openly let us test drive a Jeep Renegade. Our thanks goes out to him. We went to Mini main dealers instead. I smirk when I still see that Mini on their forecourt 6 months later.

Their customer service, expertise and attention to detail are second to none-they even gave the car a wash n vac before I picked it up! My experience was with the Kia team and I had great service from them from start to finish in the buying process. I didn't feel pressured into buying any extras that I didn't want though all the options were explained to me. Follow up service was great too with a phone call soon after purchase to check everything was OK and also a call a year later to check that everything was still OK. Basically, a good buying experience, not too pushy and very professional.
Chorley Group Kia, Blackpool. There Lying Deceitful salesman sold me a vehicle few months ago,…read morewith 12 months warranty. I was told it was an RAC warranty but turns out to be administered by TWG. I have a coolant leak and booked it into Chorley Kia to have an inspection. I was told it was the radiator. Chorley Kia stated that it wouldn't be covered by warranty as its normal wear and tear and a consumable part. What a load of rubbish!! The motor ombudsman clarifies a warranty as ""A vehicle warranty provides protection against having to pay for parts and labour following the mechanical or electrical failure of components such as an engine, fuel pump or radiator"". I've never in all my years ever had a radiator fail due to wear and tear!! On my return home I contacted the warranty company who said they were told by Chorley Kia that they didn't know where the leak was coming from and as far as they RAC were concerned the claim was on-going. On contacting Chorley Kia again they now say that the radiator fins are breaking away from the frame and it isn't covered. If I didn't know better I would think that the After Sales Manager who is rude and obnoxious was in cahoots with the warranty company. Chorley Kia refuse to help even though they sold me this 12 month warranty which is apparently useless. They have even suggested I go elsewhere to get the car fixed as they don't normally service this make of vehicle, but they will gladly sell it to you if you are daft enough to buy it, which I apparently was. !! DONT BUY A USED CAR FROM CHORLEY GROUP and be careful of any warranty sold under the RAC Brand Name.
Be careful with these guys!!!…read more I recently bought a 2012 Audi A5 Cabriolet from them with claimed low mileage, that turned out to have no service history. I asked Mr Lee Green on the phone if the car had a full Audi service history. It turned out the car had no history at all, but I was not told this. I also asked to see the service book in person. Mr Green told me that it was not available, but it would be posted on to me after I had bought the car. When I received it, the service book was marked "Duplicate" and was totally empty except for the non-Audi service Euxton had done a couple of weeks earlier. So I have no service history, and no documentation to support the claimed low mileage - both with potentially significant negative impact on the value of the car. Not only is the original service book missing, but I also discovered from Audi after I had bought the car that it has never been serviced by Audi. I have raised this issues with Euxton but been fobbed off. Also had to repair some strange, deliberate-looking scratch marks in three places, and discovered that the car has been extensively re-sprayed (not spotted when I picked the car up in the rain). What happened to it? Maybe foolish of me to take some of these things on trust - but I would say tread carefully!
