When I mentioned I would escalate this to the HOA, I received a call claiming the issue was "hot fixed." That was completely false -- the very next day, the leak continued. This situation has been a source of mental stress. I cannot even use my bathroom for regular use and have been forced to use the kitchen sink for basic needs. This is completely unacceptable. If you're looking for a peaceful living experience -- do not rent with this property management group. They show no care for tenants and only seem interested in collecting rent, not providing livable conditions. Tenants deserve respect, honest communication, and timely repairs -- none of which I've received.

Well, the worst property management across the globe. Have had to hire an attorney to deal with…read morethem. Special assessment fees 2-3 times a year along with $550.00/mo for HOA FEES. They are to cover snow removal, roof repairs, cement repair, laundry room electrical boxes, common area cleaning, driveway repair etc. and are charging special assessment to owners instead. They will NOT provide documentation for the repairs unless you pay $150.00/hr for the invoices and documentation. They are rude and EXTREMELY dismissive. Nancy Falcone is impossible. So the attorney shall deal with her. Think she might be stealing from owners. Just my thought since owners cannot have free access to receipts, invoices etc. NEVER LIVE ANYWHERE THAT HENNESSY IS INVOLVED WITH, EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hopefully this is my last review ever of this place…read more Last review I gave the rental office credit. I now take that credit back As a have had changes in employees.... Last post I wrote about how awful one of the neighbors were. It only got worse--in addition to the things I wrote previous, the adolescent boy who lives upstairs broke in to my mailbox leaving a bag of dog feces, spit on my door, flattened 4 of my tires (including my neighbors) smeared feces on my neighbors wheelchair, grabbed and shook his crotch at a 3 little girls age 3 to 8. And most recently $2300 worth of damage to my brand new car... When you call the rental office, it only escalates the situation or They don't want to deal with that and tell you to call the police.....Then you have to wait for the police to show up (sometimes up to an hour) only for them to tell you "there's nothing they can do without evidence". I installed cameras but was demanded to take them down. So if you plan to move here please be aware there are no security guards and there are no cameras, And you are not allowed to have a camera pointed at your car or in/at common areas--- so anything can happen.... Last straw for me was when the officer who responded to my most recent incident stated that "she responds here all the time for things like this" The rental office made it seem like the issues I was having were my fault. They offered to move me to another apartment come up at claimed I would probly have the same issues no matter where they put me. Would also cost me to move to another apartment - - or offered to let me break my lease for a huge fee A gentleman at Picerne was kind enough to let me out of my lease after hearing how terrible things have gone, That I had contacted an attorney, and have a friend who works at WJAR. The apartments themselves are pretty nice, amenities are great, the fact you can have a pet is wonderful.... That's kind of where it ends.

Lots of (sometimes bad) neighbors moving in and out every 6 months. my last 2 neighbors were young people who didn't realize that this isn't student housing and they aren't suppose to openly smoke weed, and run up and down the stairs at maximum volume, and play loud bassy music any time 24/7. One of them even moved a dog into this non-dog building. On plus side: The grounds are beautiful and exteriors are well maintained.

I had him show me/us at least 30+ houses between MA, CT and RI. He helped my husband (at the time) and I buy our first home together in 2016, then later down the road when life happens and things don't work out, he then also helped us sell our home in 2018. Ben made what can be a very stressful process seem so seamless. We all had a few meals together, went on motorcycle rides and spent time together while Ben went out of his way to get to know us and what exactly we were looking for. Inessa is ahead of sales and helps Jason with all the other services, she's always there when you need it, she has great contacts for contractors or anything you may need, she found great tenants for my apartments, and like Jason honest hard working person that will take the time to listen to your issues and resolve them. When I sold one of my house I went with Badger , Inessa sold it the first day it went on the market for more than the asking price (and the seller's market was not that great), She followed through with all the paperwork and supported me all the way until it was finalized .
