What a lovely guesthouse in a cute village!…read more There were seven of us in my party (me, my parents, my brother and sister-in-law and their kids). Only my brother and sister-in-law speak German and most employees didn't speak English. It was a little difficult to decipher things a couple times, but everyone was EXTREMELY helpful. Two of our three rooms were upgraded automatically because of a wedding party that would have kept people awake (my room was in a different building, so not a problem). Everything was well appointed and comfortable. Their hearts/love theme was carried throughout the property very well and didn't seem kitschy. Breakfast was yummy traditional German fare: 3 minute eggs, breads, meats, cheeses, yogurt and fruit. All in all, a good place to stay that was a good value!

Das Beste was die Oberpfalz kulinarisch zu bieten hat. Es wird mit außerordentlich viel Liebe und vor allem KÖNNEN, gekocht. Man kann mit Genuß essen und genießen und man schmeckt regelrecht die Frische und Qualität der Produkte. Ein klitzekleiner Kritikpunkt ist das nicht ganz dazu passende Flair der Gaststube. Die ist ein bißchen in die Jahre gekommen und könnte ein wenig Restaurierung vertragen. Unabhängig davon, kann ich einen Besuch nur wärmstens empfehlen. ES IST EIN ERLEBNIS! read more

Das Essen ist das beste unserer Region. Fisch und Fleisch werden vorzüglich zubereitet.Florian Fleischmann bereitet seine Gerichte mit viel Kreativität, man merkt seine Freude am professionellen Kochen und Bewirten seiner Gäste.Wir freuen uns, daß ein Koch, der unter einem Sternekoch gearbeitet hat, seinen Weg nach Neumarkt,in die kulinarische Provinz zurück gefunden hat.Lediglich an Weinkarte und Ambiente sind Verbesserungen möglich read more
