(I've included a few pictures of some (not all) of the work) That price include all material, labor, and tax. The work was completed in 1.5 days. The guys who did the work were very polite, communicative, and personable. They definitely were hard workers, and knowledgeable on landscaping. The only negative was the delay in scheduling the service. Since they were responsive in getting the work done, and landscaping isn't exactly life/death, it didn't bother us too much.

In fact, the new homeowner is continuing his services. The yard is challenging; it's basically a rocky, steep hill with lots of overgrowth. I called 15+ companies before finding this one, and of the few that bothered to return my call, they declined the job because of the hill. He had no hesitations about the lawn, and was willing to schedule right away. He did a good job getting the overgrowth under control initially, and has maintained the space well.
