They do a really good job of managing their properties - easily above average in this respect for the Cincinnati market. It's super unfair to call them slumlords because I've had landlords that are way worse in just about every respect. As someone else mentioned, they are kind of hands-off and they aren't perfect as far as speed to fix maintenance requests, but I think it is kind of cool that they actually come in at a convenient time for you and not just what's convenient for them like many landlords do.
