I called the store about to inform them about this issue and the manager Chris told me that "All sales are final." He did call me back to say that we can get a refund after talking to the CEO of the company. However, the fact that they have counterfeit products proves that their business is bad. Counterfeit products can affect your health because it can contain harmful ingredients. This is the last time I am going to this shop.

My elderly diabetic dog has been on the Reef Pet drops for about three months to help with his anxiety, and it helps calm him down within 5 minutes. I love that it doesn't seem like he is drugged but peaceful and relaxed. With the drops, he is able to sleep through the night when he is uncomfortable, and it helps manage his anxiety with loud noises or overstimulation. The value and quality of the product is far better than other drops we have tried. Others seem to make him drowsy, but not the REEF brand. Extremely satisfied and will be a regular customer.

And I appreciate that Even though stock is limited the brands each are in several flavors, so it's not just one flavor of "Elf Bar" or one flavor "Escobar" etc. It's a convenient location, easy to see and find. The store is always immaculately clean and Odor free. I went to Boerne vapeshop a week ago and turned around 3 ft in due to the burning of many different Incense smells trying to cover cigarette smoking smell. It was horrible!!
