Eric McDonald helped us (service manager) order a tire from out of town, and the owner "Super Dale" drove us to our hotel to stay the night. A man was standing in the bay opening, I got out and said I believe the wind ruined my left windshield wiper, he seemed confident, lifted the wiper up and put it into place as if nothing had happened to it. I was thrilled as I needed it to see in this pouring rain storm. His name was Lance and I asked him what I owed him to fix this situation. He said, it's ok, I'm sure you'll be ok now. He was so kind. So every time I have a problem with my 2003 Impala and my 1995 Astro Van, I take it to Lance for repairs. He has kept me on the road in both vehicles for several years now.
