The heater motor burned out on Tuesday and NO repairs have been made and there is no information available regarding status. It is COLD in the gym. And with next week's forecast showing highs in the 20s, this is not sustainable. An indoor business like this should have HVAC issues resolved same day or, worse case, next day. We're on Day 4 and no workers anywhere. I plan to ask for a refund for any days where it is too cold to use the gym.

Running/jogging at 5.5 all of a sudden drops to 4 without notice. I had to grab on the side bars to avoid falling . I brought it to the attention of the front desk. They said they would email maintenance. A half hour latter I was surprised to see no warning sign on the tread mill.. Inquired as to why I was told they were waiting on the maintenance guy. I informed them that it was a safety issue and I didn't want to see anybody getting hurt. I had already warned another member of the issue. Their message seems to be let sleeping dogs lie. When safety is not a priority time to move on. Ignorance is bliss

If you are a member - you get 24x7 access with a key code. When you get in there - you get access to all the old school, tried and true tools to get in shape. You have our kettlebells, squat racks, rowers, ski-ergs, airdyne machines of death, benches, etc. Also - since the gym is private it is never busy - usually its just you and yourself. Sometimes Paul will be there with another client. The owner / head trainer is Paul - he is awesome. Reach out to him and schedule a 1 on 1 with him. He is worth it.

She finally called me back today after 2 weeks. i asked her a few questions to understand her level of experience and expertise since i know a few people who have had bad results from trainers and injured themselves. She told me she was a trainer for six years and took an online course to get qualified. i also told her i have a tear in a rotator so i would need someone who pays great attention to form. She said was i looking for physical therapy and i said not at all i'm looking for strength training but i need to be closely watched to make sure i'm properly executing the form. She said she had 3 sessions available a week and i asked her what times. She told me and then out of nowhere said "the energy on this call is not good sir so i won't be able to work with you" and hung up. It was one of the rudest interactions i've had. Because i ask about someone's qualifications is no reason to react the way she did. It indicates to me an insecurity with her skill level and ability to properly do her job. I had high expectations after reading the other reviews but i would say the trainer does not represent the gym well
