My flight home was also cancelled and I received no hotel voucher. I slept on a floor and had to spend an extra 500$ to get to my destination. I am still waiting for a refund on my first flight. I have called the agency 5 times. I even had to call the hotel I was staying at to tell them that I would not be coming in the first night due to my flight cancellation. Do not book with this agency. They have the worst customer service and just want your money.
