Very aggressive owner bad attitude with bad behavior and dirty language, I don't advice anyone to deal with them extra bad service.

Frst and foremost the one dude listen to me rant for over an hour. So I got therapy and honest car work. They figured out what was wrong with my challenger in just a couple hours. When the dealership couldn't. They currently have my Yukon as I'm typing this Trying to diagnose a problem that the leasing company and dealership couldnt figure out and I have been dealing with for over a year. My experience tho unfortunate for my vehicle being the brain is discontinued as is the make of the vehicle it self. But i had to leave my vehicle there for a week, called once to let them know it would be a couple days, that turned into 6. They did not charge for a storage fee, which is near impossible now a days with shops. read more

Wasn't the first, second, or third choice of local auto repair shops to choose from, but they were the only shop I could find that can perform the service needed for my car. They get two stars, because they got the job done fairly quickly, and service fee was fair, but their customer service could use a real fix-me-up, no pun intended. Their snarky, arrogant, and unprofessional attitudes and demeanors certainly ruined my experience, and they don't even wear gloves, masks, or even put a sheet of plastic on seats, or disinfect surfaces like other shops do as an attempt to protect us from COVID-19. I won't return here, and I surely won't recommend this place to my friends and family. read more
