I went to them for a regular eye exam. The exam was fairly normal but I was told I have the beginning of a serious eye issue and also needed a new pair of glasses. When I was ordering the glasses they said my insurance would not pay for no-line glasses and I would have to pay. They charged my credit card. Then they wanted me to sign a separate form that I was okay with the charges. I refused to sign the form and I walked out. For the next 3 weeks they told me my glasses were on order but it was delayed for an unknown reason. They told me they were ordered and that they were coming. They always said they would call back immediately. I always had to follow up. Today they admitted the order never went through because I didn't sign their form. Finally. Then they said my credit card was refunded, which was a lie. I started a dispute complaint with my credit card company, so I'm not liable for the amount for now or when the dispute is upheld. I have also reported them to the BBB. Again, I would give ZERO stars if possible.
