She's 8 now and looks forward to attending every week. We also signed my son up (7 years old) for the Trampoline and toumbling class which started this summer. He is in love. If you've got a little boy who loves jumping on tramps, learning to do flips and all sorts of other things, this is the place. The instructors are extremely nice, and clearly know what they are talking about. They know how to push the kids to do their best, but never yell or get aggressive like you hear about on those gymnastics horror stories. I watch the kids each week from the observation area and I couldn't be happier with the instruction and support they are getting. One last note, this place offers 'day camp' in the summer (basically day care). The kids get to enjoy all the fun of this huge gymnastics center while being watched by the instructors. My kids only went twice this summer, but it was a life saver as far as babysitting goes. The only problem is my kids beg me to let them go every day even though their mom is home to watch them, lol. If your kids have any interest in gymnastics, give this place a try!

Open gym is a winter time saving grace. This is two hours of play time on huge trampolines, a foam pit, a huge floor, a bunch of traditional gymnastics equipment. Kids are safe to play under the careful watch of instructors. The instructors are keen on the rules and very attentive. I have also notice attendance is capped to prevent chaos. Going deeper, my crew checked out the classes. WOW. Here priceless confidence building, self esteem, and motorskill development are taught. Oh yes...and gymnastics too!! The classes are taught to constantly to take children to the next level, helping them reach their full potiential. My favorite thing about For the Kidz is that safety and the happiness/safety of the children is the absolute priority here. The kids also have a blast!!! PARTY RENTAL REVIEW…read more We celebrated our son's 4th birthday at Horizon Kids in Jenison, and this was our second time hosting a party here. I have to say, this recent experience was on a whole different level when it comes to customer service and attention to detail! The two staff members working that day were absolutely amazing--so kind, helpful, and attentive. Our kids felt comfortable and safe with them the entire time. They offered to help set up and clean up our party items, checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed, and made a point to acknowledge the birthday boy multiple times throughout our reservation. We truly felt taken care of, and the staff made the day even more special. As for the space itself- we loved it. You get 2 hours from start to finish (Activities are 1 hour 45 minutes, with the last 15 minutes of your party being used for packing up). You can have up to 12 kids any additional is just $5 per child. You're allowed to come in 15 minutes early to set up, and cleanup needs to be done right at the cutoff so staff can disinfect and prep for the next group, which is totally understandable. The facility is spacious, very clean, and perfect for kids to run around and play. The staff takes them into the gym to do activities and keep watch making it nice for parents too! They also put up a birthday sign and streamers with the colors you ask for! Our kids had a blast--ours even fell asleep on the way home! Pizza delivery is available (we chose Pizza Hut because it's close), and you're also welcome to bring your own food and treats, which makes planning easy and affordable. Overall, we absolutely loved it here and can't recommend Horizon Kids enough!
