Upon getting home, and trying again, I realized one was too big. I thought, no big deal, I'll just bring it back and exchange for a different one but thought to check the receipt first. I then noticed that it said due to covid, no exchanges or returns would be allowed. I messaged them to clarify since it had only been a couple days and they basically said it was my fault as "so and so asked how things were" and "We always ask you to check your fit before you leave to make sure you are happy". Well at the time, it did feel like it fit and now, the ladies bunch in the front and I have to do it up on the last clasp to get any support. I'm sorry, but everyone knows that in a short amount of time, this will be stretched more and unwearable as I have a bigger bust size. If I knew exactly what worked, I would have just walked in, bought my size and left. But that is why I went to a specialty bra store and not Walmart. I can understand covid restrictions and I guess it is my fault for not seeing all the apparent signage but it would have been nice to still say something at checkout to double make sure. I have always been able to exchange a bra just bought from a specialty store. Anyways. I guess I'm glad these were on sale so I'm not out hundreds of dollars.

I had been there previously and it had taken a full hour to finally get a bra that fitted well enough. This is my first visit to Fashion Foundation, . It took 5 MINUTES to get the perfect bra from 'Caroline' ? She waited outside until I was ready even though I wouldn't have minded her coming in. The first bra was used to gauge, the second one was the PERFECT fit. I've never had a more comfortable fit. I highly recommend them

I understand managers being strict with employees but she was even more rude with me? She was also very rude and snippy to them while they were running around the store grabbing sizes for people, while she was sitting behind the register which just looks like such a joke to surrounding customers. Over all the girls are great but manager is a consistent huge turnoff for me when I'm there! Nicest possible way to say that, it's a very unprofessional look :)
