After experiencing it - I know I will be doing it again. The float is weird at first, but after you get settled the stress and tension just seem to float away. My neck had a pain in it for awhile, and it is relieved after the float. I didn't expect that. I thought it was just going to be an interesting experience, I had no idea the tension relieving benefits that I would receive. I can't wait to do it again! I had the appointment in the morning, and am writing this review late in the evening - and I have been relaxed and tension free all day. Stress has eased. The benefits are amazing. The pool is large and there is a shower in the room. I would advise taking a bag with all the products you need to shower and get ready. I took a large bag. I wish I would have taken a bag that had different compartments because all my stuff got jumbled between what I needed for shower and getting ready. You will shower and dress in the float room - but them move to another room to finish your blow drying - so it will be easier to keep your items separate for easier and faster access. Take a good shampoo with you - my hair felt very salty (no surprise) when I was finished. So I wanted to give a good wash and condition after. If you have a scrape - use the ointment provided to cover it. The bath does sting if you have a cut. I had one on my knee that I didn't even know I had until I got in the bath.

Immediately greeted with super friendly and welcoming staff that set the tone for the visit. They asked us some questions and provided options we had not been given at other businesses. I spent 30 minutes with the compression therapy on my legs. My daughter did the cryo and loved it. She enjoyed the headphones and LED light count down. Given the location, staff, and pricing, we will certainly be returning here.

Booking that appointment online was very easy and I was given several dates / times to choose from. Upon arrival I was greeted and walked through the facility, checking out the various rooms for treatments. This included an infrared sauna, float tank and cryotherapy rooms. Some items can be rented and used at home as well. Some areas are connected to showers as well, which is very convenient for those days you're on the go. The cryotherapy session was awesome. I stripped down to a bra and shorts, used their socks, gloves, shoes, ear warmer and headphones. The session was approximately 2-2.5 minutes and I loved the lights on the door that timed down the session. Cold but exhilarating! Sessions are promoted as a calorie burner as well. Memberships are offered for those that would like regular sessions throughout the month. I went home planning to follow up and join, but realized I missed the initial membership pricing and changed my mind. While the new memberships are interesting and save you money, the amount of services within the monthly price was largely reduced. Still bummed about that miss to be grandfathered in. If you would like to gift someone a visit to use a float less tank, sauna, etc., this is a center to consider. Booking sessions appears easy online.
