The centre is set in a house on a leafy road in Whalley Range just opposite the Spire hospital. It has a cozy rather than clinical feel to it I went for a 90 minute aromatherapy massage with Emma. The consultation was based around my muscular concerns and any aches or tension I had. Emma then asked what oils I wanted and whether I wanted relaxing, uplifting or a tension soothing oil mix. Oils blended the massage commenced with Emma working her magic on my lower back and shoulders, then thighs, calves and ankles ( I never knew that soooo much tension could exist in your ankles!) moving on to arms, neck, face and scalp. I came out feeling pleasantly relaxed and peaceful and at £48 for the treatment it was very reasonable. I've booked to go back again in 2 weeks time and may see if I can get a cheeky Indian head massage in in between. Would definitely recommend giving the centre a try it's good for your well being!

In the lead up and with the coronavirus situation, I contacted them several times to ask what would be happening with the course, with the possibility on pulling out, because I am in a high risk group for the virus. I received absolutely no response from the school and still haven't as of today (5th April). This is absolutely unacceptable. They have £550 of my money and have taken no responsibility for what is going on. I just hope that I can get the money back by going through my bank.

Definitely what you want to see when walking into a beauty salon. I was taken to one of the many private rooms and was told to relax on the massage bed whilst the wax was prepared. The bed must have had an electric blanket under the towels as it was extremely warm. This probably would have been more useful if I was unclothed, getting a massage, however with my warm winter jumper on it made me feel too hot. The gentle music and dimmed lighting helped ensure that I was in a relaxed mood and the lady who was treating me ensured she knew exactly what I wanted before starting. I was extremely happy with the outcome - I now have perfectly rounded and neat eyebrows! There is also a bonus of late opening twice a week, so you can easily drop in for a quick treatment after work. On arrival the staff were very welcoming, friendly and approachable. Throuhgout the treatment i was made to feel at ease and the staff member was knowledgeable and friendly. I'm not really one for beauty treatments, as i always feel awkward, but that was not the case at evies and i'd happily go back to experience more. When I arrived, it was early but the place was already quite busy but the staff remained calm and friendly. The reception/waiting area was beautifully furbished, clean and well-maintained. While I was waiting, a lady came to water the plants and pluck out dead leaves and a handyman came to fix/clean the air conditioner. The waiting room was infused with some aromatherapy smell and played relaxing "massage/yoga" music. They had professionally printed treatment lists and literature, which gave me confidence that they would be offering a high standard of service. The prices are very reasonable.
