Wowzers!!! Never been here but finally has the need to discover and get motivated. I Love this store..so many textures, patterns, shapes, colors, flooring options, etc.. Where do you begin..I came without a plan and just to see what I liked and go from there. The store is huge. Sectioned properly so its very organized. They have wood, laminate, and so many flooring options and tiles for in and outdoor in so many colors, patterns, etc. They even have vanities, sinks, fixtures in different styles and colors. I loved just walking around and taking pictures. All the staff are so helpful and willing to help you choose or even put a whole room ogether for you from top to bottom. I left with several ideas but am planning on coming back for more. I found it so fun and all these ideas were helpful. read more

My mom and I went to look for bathroom tile and this was our second day at Floor & Decor. Everyone in the store was so polite and helpful and asked if we needed help but then we ran into Richard. Richard did not only help us by the time we left there we felt like we knew him. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. After talking with him he asked if he could just show us a tile we might like. an us to the tile and he found the floor, the wall and the shower floor in less than two minutes and we loved it. What a wonderful place to buy tile and related products. We must have made five or six trips there as we were remodeling two bathrooms. It seems that we were helped each time by a young man By the name of Braden. I cannot say enough, good things about that young man. He answered every question we had in detail and steered us in the right direction on so many products. Today we bought grout and tile cleaners, and some tile for our backsplash in the kitchen. He showed me a better way to seal the grout that was way easier than what I was thinking about doing. He saved me a lot of time and work and the results are beautiful. He went out of his way to help us push this project towards completion with such helpful advice. He made this project so much easier with his vast knowledge of tile and all of the stores many products. What a great employee he is, and he also has a very calm and pleasant demeanor as well when dealing with customers. if I could give him six stars, I would.Thank you again Braden. I purchased a VCT type flooring from this establishment two years and two months ago. To date 90% buckled and swelled very very poor quality product. I will never buy or recommend anyone to buy from Floor And Decor. When putting in a warranty claim, they refused any return because they claim installation was not properly done. Which is not true. If there was a rating that I could put that was below zero that's the rating they would get. read more

I recently visited Floor & Decor because we are in the of updating one of our bathrooms. The first impression that I got when the doors opened was that of a huge warehouse versus a design store. We browsed the bathroom vanity section and were extremely underwhelmed with the selection of cabinets that they offer. The quality and style is mediocre at best. For a store that has the word decor built into their name, this store is completely lacking any style or quality in the bathroom cabinetry that they offer. The 3 stars go exclusively to their selection of tiles. They have a huge selection of beautiful marble and glass tiles to choose from. The service would take 1/8 star at best, after hunting down someone to ask a question, we found one young man who barely stopped walking as he gave us a very brief answer. I would say that this location is not striving to provide any kind of service to their clients. From my observations, I am not at all impressed with this particular concept and I think it's a shame that such a huge space is not stocked with quality items. read more

They have a large selection and fairly reasonably prices. I am giving this business a 1 star for the laissez-fair attitude they have after you purchase. I purchased 11-12 window sills. Part of the window sills said they were in stock and i saw some on the floor. So I asked to please pull what they could and i would pick up the rest when they arrive. I was told that it was harder to do that so i have to wait for all of them to come in together. Then some other items i ordered could not be ordered but was told i HAD to come in to cancel and get a refund for that part of the order. When i know in the past they issue a refund over the phone when an item is unavailable. Lastly, trying to call and speak to a human is impossible. I have called them over 10 times, tried every single extension they have and i have not been able to speak to someone. Save yourself the hassle go to a mom and pop shop tile store that cares about their customers. These big box stores only care about their bottom line. read more

Here for all your tile and fixture needs. This place is basically the total wine of tile. Looking for something in particular? They have a very large selection of different colors and textures. I've come here many times. Usually for big purchases. The last purchase was for lots of tile and a wall design we are doing in our home. I had so much help from one lady. She got me everything I needed and even recommended A few things. I also was able to finance it since the purchase was so large and I got 36 months no interest which is a great price to pay monthly to beautify your home. This evening while shopping for playroom flooring, I was lucky enough to see a salesman available to help me. His name was Eddie Chappell and he made my shopping experience the best ever. Not only did Eddie help me locate my items, figure out the correct amount, price it out and locate the remaining store supply but he carried everything out to the front and loaded the car with a smile on his face and the most polite manners. Eddies knowledge, disposition, genuine friendliness, and desire to help were above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. I've waited for 2 months to get my credit back and still haven't had any help from either the store in Miami Gardens or any of the customer service person online. This place is amazing. You have so many options of tiles and wood or whatever flooring you may be looking for your home. Floor and decor even has sample areas where they have made small bathrooms and cabinet areas to resemble what certain tiles would look like in your home. I won't recommend this store to anyone. I bought 1000 SQF of porcelain tile that was supposed to be deliver on Saturday 3/25. I wait until 4:00PM and call the store to find out about the delivery they told me that my delivery was not scheduled because i did not verify my address no one call me the previous day the real reason was because the tile i bought was not in stock they ask me to go back to the store and chose a tile in stock so they can delivery on Monday 3/27. well my installer has been waiting for the tile and I call once again NOW they told me that the delivery is scheduled for tomorrow Tuesday 3/28 between 9AM to 5PM This is unbelievable and Unacceptable read more

The in store service is pretty good but if you need to talk to someone on the phone, it's a night mare. There is a lack of training among the staff on his to deal properly with complaints. Also, three store cancelled my delivery date without consulting with me first which delayed my project as I had scheduled the contractors according to the established delivery schedule. Well that 3 star rating didn't last long... This time, my review will not be changed just because someone's going to call me with an apology. This review is for everyone who's considering in buying from this store and I will not be guilt-tripped into changing my review just so they could look good (whether it's with Yelp or their corporate office). There was no point in the manager giving me their personal number when my calls go straight to voicemail. We received our delivery Saturday but upon receiving, we noticed a lot of damaged items. Yes: I'm aware you will have SOME damaged tiles. But not 10 boxes worth plus multiple damaged bags of cement, ending up all over my driveway. I tried calling the manager to let them know how I received my shipment just to end up getting their voicemail every time I called (and no, it didn't ring; just went straight to voicemail). So then I found an 877 number for customer service. Spoke with the representative and asked her if there's any way they could get someone on hold from the store and they said they'd try the number to the store (the same way I already had). To no surprise, we were both left on hold for 25 minutes (even after the rep told the girl that answered that we needed to speak to a manager). The rep ended up hanging up after getting close to being on a 30 minute hold and admitted that that was unacceptable. Now I have a bunch of damaged product with no solution and no one to get in contact with to help resolve it either. Oh and you want me to bring you the damaged product to the store so you could physically see it? Yeah sure: why don't you come pick up the 80 lbs damaged bags of cement plus the 70 lbs boxes of damaged tile yourself. Me and my family spent all weekend moving all that heavy product to the back of our house because they only do curbside drop off (so keep that inconvenience in mind as well if you plan to order heavy products). If I could easily load all this back in my car and take it back, I would without thinking twice and all because of the worst customer service I've ever experienced with any company, ever. Oh... And I started writing this review when I was already on hold for 10 minutes and I told myself I would delete this review if they answered and guess what?!? I've been on hold for 30 minutes now... This is not the first time I have found the customer service to be lacking. The lady that helped us, stated to my wife and I that we would get help to load it on my truck. As we were paying she turned to a black male, wearing black clothing and said, they need your help. He looked at us and stated will be right back, well he never came, no one came. I don't know what's going on with this Kendall store, nobody here knows anything about the products. It looks like a lot of young people with no experience or training. I asked for a certain employee, to find out the individual was terminated due to a Manager named Rommel sneaking and trying to catch an employee not doing their job. Every-time you look for a manager there is no one around or they are always busy. Now i see why all the knowledgeable employees left or been terminated. the managers are steadily watching the employees rather than running the store. I will not be buying from them anymore, going elsewhere. This used to be a good store , don't know how it fell apart, the service is horrible and you can never find anyone to help you. read more
