They did a tear off and re-roof in 1 1/2 days on my house but made sure before they left both times the area was cleaned up and all nails were out of the drive as well as the yard. They did a great job roofing as well as cleanup, and were very polite. I would highly recommend them to my best of friends. They didn't "find" a lot of problems that cost a lot extra to fix. I had one board that was bad and they used my lumber that I had in the garage and replaced that piece and didn't charge me to do it. My wife says I'm too picky for details sometime and maybe she's right, but when I pay for a professional job I expect one. They did just that and gave me a great looking roof again.

After calling someone on the weekend and paying $650 to have the tank pumped, I though we were back in good shape. Nope! The lower level of our home has a kitchen and its sink would barely drain! When I used the upstairs kitchen sink water would back up in downstairs sink! My husband tried snaking it and bought 2 industrial strength drain cleaners but nothing worked. I found Kevin on yelp & gave him a call. I also called 2 other plumbers I found on yelp but Kevin was the first to return my call for help! He came to our house that same afternoon & arrived an hour early too! I'm not exactly sure how he fixed our problem but after working an hour he had it working again! I contacted DeBoe's Contracting on October 11 to request the installation of a gate on my existing…read morefence. The contractor stated the work could be completed quickly. Although he offered to wait until I returned to town, I authorized him to proceed in my absence. I regret it. October 12: The contractor installed my gate and sent photographs of the completed work. In these images, the right gate corner appeared to rest on the driveway. I specifically asked whether the gate was scraping; he responded that it was not. A few hours later, the contractor acknowledged the issue, stating that he saw what I was referring to after reviewing the photo. He attributed the problem to the helper he brought to the job, explaining that the helper was new and had likely leaned on the post, causing it to drop. I was still out of town, so my neighbor inspected the gate, and she confirmed that it was in fact scraping. The contractor stated he would correct the issue. October 13: The contractor "fixed" the gate. He messaged me that either I or my neighbor needed to inspect the repair before he leaves; he offered FaceTime but I was working. I informed him that my neighbor would be arriving shortly and that she lived approximately one mile away. He stated he would wait. Five minutes later, he sent a video of the fence and left the property without notifying me. My neighbor arrived shortly after to find that he was no longer present. Despite his claim that the repair was complete, the corner of the gate still appeared significantly low in the photo he provided. Upon my return home a few days later, I confirmed that while the gate technically cleared the driveway, the clearance was minimal. Subsequent Failure: Within less than two weeks of installation, and following one normal rainfall, the gate settled again and resumed scraping on the driveway. The contractor's response was that he could "come fix it and charge [me] for it," and he suggested that someone must have tampered with the gate. No one had interacted with or altered the fence at any time. The issue originated at installation and was never fully resolved. I informed him that the defect was part of the original workmanship and that the "repair" did not last even 30 days, and therefore I did not agree that an additional charge was appropriate. I truly feel like he was just trying to milk more money out of me and thank God I have a good partner who drove up from Tennessee and fixed it for me. His response included the statement, "I'm sorry that Sundays are the only day I have off to spend with my family," despite the fact that I had not requested service on a Sunday. This appeared to be an attempt to deflect responsibility rather than address the workmanship concern. Conclusion: Based on the initial installation failure, the unsuccessful and short-lived repair, the contractor's inconsistent statements, and the unprofessional communication, I cannot recommend DeBoe's Contracting. I strongly advise prospective customers to exercise caution before hiring this contractor.
