I recently had the misfortune of visiting FLOR, and I must say it was a complete disaster from start to finish. The whole experience left me frustrated, disappointed, and never wanting to return. Here's why: Unfriendly Staff: The first impression of any establishment is crucial, and unfortunately, the staff at FLOR failed miserably in this regard. They were unprofessional, disinterested, and downright rude. Not only did they lack basic knowledge about their products, but they seemed annoyed by my questions and gave vague, unhelpful answers. Poor Product Selection: When it comes to a dispensary, I expect a wide variety of quality products to choose from. However, FLOR had an extremely limited selection that lacked any notable brands or popular strains. It felt as if they had stocked their shelves with whatever was leftover and of low quality. Overpriced Products: Despite the lackluster selection, the prices at FLOR were exorbitant. I couldn't believe the markup they were charging for subpar products. It seemed as if they were taking advantage of their customers' desperation to make a quick profit. I've visited several other dispensaries in the area, and none of them had such inflated prices. Shoddy Atmosphere: The overall ambiance of the dispensary was gloomy and unwelcoming. The interior was poorly lit, and the displays were disorganized. It felt more like a shady back alley than a legitimate establishment. Additionally, the lack of proper ventilation made the whole place feel stuffy and uncomfortable. Terrible Customer Service: Apart from the initial unfriendliness, the customer service at FLOR was nonexistent. I had an issue with a faulty product I purchased, and when I reached out to them for assistance, they were unresponsive and unapologetic. It's clear that they have no regard for their customers' satisfaction or loyalty. Overall, my experience at FLOR was a nightmare. From the unhelpful staff to the subpar products and inflated prices, this dispensary fails on all fronts. I strongly advise avoiding this place and seeking out a more reputable and customer-oriented dispensary in the area. I've only been to the Redwood City location, but I can tell you this place is amazing. The Customer Service is outstanding. I love it. The people there are so nice. Even the security guard is super chill. I truly appreciate the atmosphere, I fell welcomed here and I like how it doesn't look like a typical dispensary, it truly feels like an Apple Store or a Best Buy type of vibe. Prices are more than reasonable and I can tell you after being there three times now that I absolutely love it. Mike, the owner of the place is incredibly kind and very appreciative of all of his customers and I love that. There's a little bit of everything for everyone and the way that they have it designed really makes it feel like it's the next step for what a dispensary should look like. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is on a budget or wants a variety. These people care about the customers and listen to what they're interested in. Reviewed their Yelp & their website for online ordering (& decided to pass). Only positive: nice Union City location near Jollibee (Chickenjoy for munchies), but Fudruckers is gone. Menu lacked any Jetty Pax, Kurvana, & Himalaya vapes. Level Hashtabs (& other products) were way way overpriced compared to regularly available stable prices (& even better sales/discounts) at MANY other dispensaries (& yes that is comparing after tax prices)! Yelp reviews show what a reliable friend saw in person: overstaffed very friendly yet very slow service. Good flower (as in many/most dispensaries), but very overpriced! Employees (& Customers) without masks (other dispensaries are conscientious of their higher responsibility as a State of CA declared essential medical business & that all medical facilities do require masks!) Ridiculous that their Manager replies to others on Yelp defending staff being unmasked & closely approaching Customers. read more

As a returning customer with a completed profile in flors system, I was extremely disappointed by my experience at this store tonight. The manager was rude and seemed uninterested in communicating with Deaf customers (my mother). They were nonchalant and did not take the time to ensure clear communication. Additionally, as a medical patient, I was turned away because the store would not accept my digital copy of my medical recommendation. While I understand this may be store policy, it is not a legal requirement, and it doesn't make sense to turn away patients when the information can be fully verified. Overall, I felt the store's approach was unwelcoming and not accommodating to those with accessibility needs. I hope they reconsider how they communicate with and serve all customers, including Deaf and medical patients. read more

I came in and was very surprised when they checked my ID. I thought this was a flower store and was looking for hydrangeas. To my surprise I found a different kind of flower ha. Now Ive never dabbled in what they sold her but boy am I a fan now. Since I was already there I felt like I had to commit so when the worker came up to me with their tablett I ordered froot gummies. The service was amazing and very helpful for someone like me who has never been in this type of establishment. My hubby and I both ate a gummy today and boy did we treat ourselves afterward. We got boba and even went to the bakery next door! Overall very great experience and the gummies were cheap. I guess I will just buy my hydrangeas on Sunday after reconciling with Jesus. So after a pilgrimage to the different dispensaries, I've found the impression is more from the environment and the staff over the products which tend to be consistent wherever you go. Flor is always well kept from floor to ceiling and well ventilated with nice cool air that hits just right on those hotter days. The collective staff has a most excellent musical acumen too, music that makes waiting relaxing and pleasant. The floor staff are well advised and seem happy to help find a cost effective purchase or highlight promotions for products that, let's be honest, will send you straight to the moon for a great price. The worst time I've ever had in my life I would never come here at night! These people don't care about anybody, especially the manager who I've seen during the day. I called back and that manager was already gone by coincidence.... I've been loyal to the soil and know many of people that work there, but not at night! This place has come a long way in the recent months. They are a lot more organized these days and attentive, and the atmosphere is really chill. They have a ton of bud to choose from, and some really tasty edibles as well that really hit the spot. They have a lot of discount days and they happen pretty often. I like to check the website for what deals they have going on. A lot of bogo % off offers. Also the security staff they have are great. The employees there at this club are outstanding. Cc Always gives great customer service. I had a issue back in may with the worker that works there by the name of Oscar. He asked everybody else did they need some help that was not black. He ignored me. I had to go outside and get someone to help me. Mi and my son both spin a lot of money there. Mickey is the manager. They have stayed consistent and this includes the prices and the service. I've had nothing but good experiences with online ordering, and when I get there, I'm usually in and out within 10 minutes. The early bird specials from Monday to Saturday (6-10 am) and Sunday (8-10 am) with 20% off on all flowers are a fantastic deal.
