Unfortunately, we had a lot of trouble with the wifi, which kept kicking us off our computers. This was a particular problem for my husband who was trying to do some work. The location is on the other side of the Rhine, but we got there by bus without difficulty. We booked a car easily if we were in a hurry. I did not feel unsafe walking to/ from the bus stop.
