My oldest daughter got married on Sunday, June 15, which was Father's Day. I called to every salon around port Clinton and no one could help me get my two little girls and wife's hair done for the wedding since it was a Sunday and Father's Day. I was referred to Flora Salon and Spa to ask if they could help. I was told one of the stylists, Chrystal, agreed to not only do my wife and two daughters hair, but she would come to the house we rented. She did such an AMAZING JOB! She was a life saver and was amazing! She not only worked on a day they are closed but came to our house we rented on Father's Day! I attempted to cut my own hair a couple of weeks ago because I never get the haircut I want and I was just over my hair. It was actually better than some of the cuts I have received in the past few years. I have found that just because you have a license and work in a salon, does not mean you can cut hair. This is a true skill that takes nurturing and time. Jena has this skill. She took what I had done to my hair and not only fixed it but transformed it into a super cute cut with shape and style. It is the cut I have been trying to get for years. It was not just a simple trim or adding a few layers. She took on the challenge like a true professional, took her time and we talked through the process together to ensure the end result would be exactly what I had in mind. I recently moved to Fremont from Catawba and stumbled on this gem. I have been searching for a stylist for over a year with no luck. The past 4 haircuts/color were nothing close to what I wanted. I really was resigned to thinking my hair was going to look like crap forever. That is until Evelyn. I sat in her chair and she and I had a very thorough consultation.
