Came here for lunch with a small group. We didn't have a reservation, but the restaurant was able to accommodate us and put us in booth seating. The interior decor was lovely with pretty lights, lush greenery, and floral printed walls. There was a cozy and serene ambiance to the place. I decided to order one of the Specials, which was Crispy Flounder sandwich, served with truffle fries. This was quite tasty, as the flounder boasted well seasoned breading, was oh so crispy, tender, and flaky. Truffle Fries were mouthwatering, with plenty of truffle flavor, mingled with Parmesan. Also got to try my friend's Summer Leek Salmon, which consisted of crispy fingerling potatoes, charred broccolini, and leek veloute. I really enjoyed this, as the Salmon was perfectly cooked, veggies were wonderfully crisp, and the leek sauce was boldly flavorful. All the ingredients blended beautifully together to create a deliciously cohesive dish! Service was decent. Our waitress was personable and knowledgeable about the menu. Prices were in between - not super low, but also not too high. If I am back in the area, I would try the Blackberry-Roasted Duck Breast from the Dinner menu. read more

I went for Easter Brunch and had the Greek yogurt followed by the brunch burger (without the bun). My only suggestion would be to use plain Greek yogurt instead of vanilla; the vanilla sweetness tended to mask the other delicate flavors. In the Hamptons where most menus are understandably seafood forward, Flora is a great spot for anyone looking for a more plant-based menu. Good vibes, great food, and a solid happy hour during the week. I've come for happy hour a few times now and it slaps. The bartender is friendly and makes sure you get the most bang for your buck with happy hour drinks and bites. The Red Currant Margarita here is delicious and refreshing. The edamame hummus is a genius idea. Harissa coconut mussels are a welcome change from the typical mussels in garlic butter sauce you usually see around these parts. The sauce is so good you'll want to drink it. The truffle mushroom arancini has just the right amount of truffle without being overpowering. Every time I come here I'm always too full to try The Flower Pot (an elevated take on the cup of dirt you probably remember having as a kid), but it looks so good and is definitely on my list for next time I visit. read more

I came here on a Sunday and arrived a little early for my reservation, but we were seated outside right away. Our waitress was so kind and attentive. I wish I remembered her name! I recently met up with a friend in Westhampton and stumbled upon Flora, and I'm glad we did. The place is on the smaller side, but the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. We had a late reservation for 8 PM, showed up a bit early, and they were very accommodating. We started at the bar, ordered some drinks, and before we knew it, two hours had passed while enjoying our meal and conversation. We ordered the seared tuna, which was served in a way I'd never had before. It was unique, flavorful, and paired beautifully with the duck fried rice. A glass of wine from their nice selection made the meal even better. Wanting to extend the evening, we ordered dessert, which turned out to be a fun surprise. It wasn't listed on the menu but arrived in the form of a flowerpot with layers of ice cream, cookies, and chocolate crumbles. It was playful in presentation and delicious in taste. The service was fantastic throughout. The staff was attentive and genuinely friendly, making us feel taken care of without being rushed. Best burger I've had in a minute. The Flora Burger goes hard: havarti cheese, pickled onions, black garlic aioli, truffled arugula, Campari tomatoes, plus crispy French fries (that truffle tho ). We found ourselves in Westhampton and stopped in for brunch and couldn't have picked a better spot. The space is stunning. Clean, neutral, effortless. Our friends go here every Tuesday for happy hour and invited us to try it. I am so happy they invited us to this amazing, bright, wonderful place. The atmosphere is absolutely charming, with beautiful lights and flowers all around the walls. It looks like a quaint little cottage that makes you feel warm and welcome the moment you walk in. When we first arrived our friends were not there yet, but the bartender/server Jill, who was one of the nicest and friendliest people I ever met, took our drink orders and let us know that she was leaving but another wonderful server would be taking her place. That is when our friends arrived and we began ordering food from the happy hour menu. Our server Paige, who was also awesome, greeted our friends, and took all of our food orders. The food on the happy hour menu was not only extraordinary, but the servings were just perfect for each item we tried. I would recommend their delicious mussels, the rice and truffle mushroom balls, ( I love anything with truffles, but never tasted anything this amazing) and the edamame hummus was unique and absolutely delicious! The pickled deviled eggs were also one of the best things I ever tasted, and also beautifully presented. The drinks on this menu are also so delicious, and all look so beautiful, I wanted to try them all! I can't say enough about how great this place and the staff are. We will definitely be back for more happy hours with our friends, as well as checking out dinner there, and are also looking forward to trying their other restaurant Fauna, which is right down the road. read more

I honestly think they assume customers won't notice. The appetizer was listed as little neck clams with chorizo, but it was clearly breakfast sausage. The flavor was completely off. If you're going to put chorizo on the menu, use chorizo. read more

Scallop dish was a top five entree for me (of the last 2-3 years). Four good size scallops, with a light, tasty sausage, in a cream sauce. Memorable. Really. My wife's shrimp were perfectly grilled. Friend's loved their lobster ravioli and cheeseburger. Strong, flavorful french press coffee. Great, slightly spicy bloody mary, with lots of olives. Yum! Favorite meal in the Hamptons so far. Such a wonderful place for brunch. The highlight was our server, Will (I believe). My friend admired his Casio watch. He was just a delight and made our experience five star. We started with a pot of French press coffee. Very nice. I wish Spenda was an option but that's my personal preference. Stevia is very bitter. My husband had the Hot & Dirty martini, which he said was phenomenal. it was like drinking a Buffalo wing, which doesn't sound so appetizing but it has the heat of Tabasco sauce and hints of bleu cheese. We shared the pickled deviled eggs. Outstanding! I ordered the Triple Pork brunch entree. i mangled the name but it was a poached egg atop a spicy sweet cornbread and chorizo and bacon and hollandaise sauce. My egg was cooked perfectly. The food was outstanding and everyone in our party was very happy. We did share the Flower Pot dessert and it was perfect. Vanilla ice-cream, homemade Nutella mousse, chocolate chip cookie, covered with crush Oreo cookies, simulating the soil, served in a terracotta pot. Whimsical but more importantly, delicious. Unfortunately the unfriendly hostess situation was not a fluke. Sincerely disappointed to come for our second visit, and be "greeted" with the same standoffish, unwelcoming attitude as the first. Truly a shame because the servers couldn't be sweeter and the food was good, if not a little heavy on the artificially flavored truffle oil. I would strongly suggest flora get a grip on the front end staffing because we won't be coming back. No hello, no smile, nothing. "Do you have a reservation?" is the first and only thing out of the hostess' mouth when we entered the half-empty restaurant at 3pm, and then zero eye contact while she desperately tried to figure out the iPad seating program in her hand. Sat us down silently without an enjoy, have a great day, go crap in your hat, nothing. Had a lovely dining experience with excellent service and then the same nasty attitude upon leaving. We made a point to say goodbye and thank you after spending nearly $200 for lunch and neither of the insecure, unfriendly kids at the hostess stand could be bothered to pull their heads up to say a word. That'll be it for flora. Now that it's been twice I'm assuming that's the vibe they're going for, but the food isn't good enough for such an unfriendly, unkind first (and second) impression. Would much rather patronize a spot that is grateful for the business. read more

The restaurant was beautiful. The decorations and the flower wall papers are on theme. The Smoke on the Water cocktail was a highlight. The Edamame Hummus and Burrata appetizers were really and flavorful. I loved the addition of the tomato jam in the burrata. For dinner I got the seared scallops. They were very good and loved the sauce. My only comment would be 4 scallops for $46 is not a lot. I would have preferred at least 5. The branzino special was also very good. Truffle fries were great. The flower pot was a fun dessert but if you don't like ice cream, go for the carrot cake. Great service as well. Waiters were friendly. read more

The seared tuna was tender with a seasoned crust. It was layered on top of cole slaw with some chili oil on the sides. This was an appetizer off their specials of the day. For dinner I got the salmon dish. It came with a rich sweet cream sauce, some veggies and puree on the side. The dish was fairly small and light. My partner got the burger. It came with pickled onion and a garlic aioli sauce. Fries were light and fresh. Nothing crazy. Service was excellent! A little underwhelming. Wish there were a few more options. This review is after only one visit..... Ambiance: the pics on Yelp looked really cute when I looked prior to the visit but we ended up sitting outside. It was great for people watching and fairly comfortable except for some bees who decided to join us towards the end. Food/drinks: the sherry shrimp was very good. The pickled deviled eggs were surprising good! The burger we got was burnt...blah. HOWEVER, they were very apologetic and made a new one. It was just okay. Service: the service was very good. Friendly and mostly efficient. They compensated us for the burger mistake...I wish more places did that. Just because of that I would go back! read more
