Now mind you my daughter in law is a major Events Coordinator all over the world. When she saw the picture she was so upset. She had paid 102.00 for an arrangement that appears to have been thrown together from scraps. She made several calls to try to see what had happened, she said surely they delivered the wrong order to you. NO, actually a man from the Flower Cottage called me to ask why I had complained about my flowers. I was taken aback. I didn't call it was a Mothers Day gift to me. He insisted that I arrange a time for him to pick up the flowers and then he would replace. I told him that wasn't an option. He then said I needed to drop them off at the shop and he would replace. I was so angry that he was making it my job. After more calls from my daughter- in law he calls me back and said bring the flowers to your office and we will pick them up and exchange. today, May 10, he actually picks up the old dead flowers and brings me a replacement.....same flowers, same look, different day.
