Very recently, I had a family member place an order through https://www.fromyouflowers.com. The flowers were a special gift for her daughter-in-law and Floral Designs By Ronda was the vendor who received the order. When the recipient received the flowers and made a post on Facebook expressing gratitude for the arrangement, the purchaser saw the arrangement and was mortified.The order was for a Christmas inspired arrangement and she paid the extra for same day delivery. The flowers were not delivered "same day". In fact it was a full 24 hour later before they showed up. The arrangement was in poor condition. The flowers were wilted, had started to brown and had maybe 1/4th of the flowers and that's a stretch. A couple of the items used for decor had cobwebs on and within the items. It appears that while a higher end arrangement had been ordered, Floral Designs By Ronda thought they could deliver a sub par arrangement valued at 1/8th cost and then pocketed the money. The arrangement chosen was around $60.00. It's very safe to say that there was no more than $10.00 to $12.00 worth of flowers and wilted filler items. Several folks commented that flowers delivered look like they were gathered from the cemetery on the way to deliver, while another commented that the flowers looked like they were picked up from Was Mart, thrown in a small candy dish from Dollar Tree. And remember the same day delivery issue? You pay extra for that and when it doesn't happen, well you are out the money, Not Floral Designs By Ronda. IIt is very clear that they turned a decent profit on this arrangement. Ultimately https://www.fromyouflowers.com made it right - they resubmitted the order after seeing what had been received and they selected another company to recreate and deliver the correct arrangement. This arrangement was definitely more robust, healthy and it was clear the new florist takes extreme pride in their work. About 45 minutes later, I have an email stating notice of floral order cancellation, order volume has exceed their expectations. What?!?!? I would like to introduce a great local business that I just found. I was searching for a florist for my 10th wedding anniversary and luckily found this little jewel. Like many of us that work long hours we sometimes come up short on time for big important events and this was super important to me! Luckily my late night yelp search didn't steer me wrong, not only did I get a reply to my inquiry but I received it promptly. I found a florist that any man would love to provide a beautiful bouquet to their loved one. The personable service and attention to detail of Ronda and Allen was very refreshing. The beautiful bouquet Rhonda created was wonderful, my wife said " it took her breathe away when she received it ". DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!! I placed an order online this past Wednesday 02/12/20 for an arrangement of roses to be delivered to my Mother at work for this past Friday 02/14/20 VALENTINES DAY!!! I even called the business on Thursday 02/13/20 to confirm my order (AND ACTUALLY SPOKE TO SOMEONE) that confirmed my order. Fast forward to 02/14/20 at 4pm my Mother had not received her flowers, so I start trying to reach the business, leaving messages, emails, text and no one would answer or return my calls or messages. My Mother never got her roses for Valentines Day. I never got a call explaining why either or an apology. So this morning, 02/15/20 I started trying to reach someone at the business yet again and no one would answer! LET ME MAKE THIS PERFECTLY CLEAR, THE MONEY WAS REMOVED FROM MY ACCOUNT THE DAY I PLACED THE ORDER!! After not getting a response from anyone, I turned to social media (Facebook) and made a post which I have NEVER spoken bad of a business on until now! 30 minutes later someone called my mother's work and told them that her flowers would be delivered today.
