Through out the conversation, there was no mention of price variation for different presentations. I placed the order as instructed. The next day, I was informed by email that the price is 25% higher because of the deviation from catalog. When I reply complaining that was unethical, Ms Quan said "I sincerely apologize for you to misunderstanding our conversation." How can I misunderstand what was not said?

When I walked in, a doorbell chime went off and a staff member was quickly out to help me. I told her about my situation and she asked a lot of good questions like who the bouquet was for, what was their relation, if they had favourite colours or flowers, to help narrow down what the ideal arrangement would be. Next, she asked for my budget. Once I decided on an amount, I was rung up ahead of time. It is a little spooky to pay ahead of time without an idea of what you're getting but I was sort of in a pinch without any other options. She let me know that they'd need about 30-45 minutes to pick something up and that she'd give me a call when they were ready. They were done in about 40 minutes sand I received the call to come by. The bouquet was absolutely gorgeous! The front room has a refrigerated case with some flowers but I don't think that is there entire inventory because there was a huge variety of stems in my bouquet than I saw displayed. I can't describe how pretty it was with the assortment of lilies, roses, and greens that were in there. I was there for the unpacking of the flowers and the wrapping was expertly done. There were several layers of paper and they were matching with the flowers and very high quality with a nice texture. The flowers were really packed in water so they didn't wilt on their 3 hour journey around the GTA. They were also trimmed so there was nothing to do except put them in a vase and sit back to admire them!
