I asked for the arrangement to include lilacs. They included lavender roses, purple and white lilacs and (unexpectedly) gorgeous fluted-ruffled lavender tulips. Everyone raved. We sent the flowers home with a "virtual grandma" who lives in Spokane. There was a small delivery hitch (my fault). We found that the restaurant would not yet be open at the time I specified. I wrote instructions, attached a card to go along with them and they were never delivered. Not only that, it doesn't even show in my bank statements anymore as of today. Yesterday it still showed I had paid for them and the money was taken from my account. I'm assuming they reversed the transaction on their end or cancelled without saying anything. Now it's Saturday evening and no shops are open and they're all closed tomorrow. I'll give the benefit of the doubt that it was a system error but I even left my phone number....I would think someone would've called. I can't help but feel so sad that she won't be receiving beautiful flowers from my brother and I. If this was a system error- please look into this for the sake of your customers and the risk of ruining special moments.

Deer resistant, native plant the spreads roots nicely to stop erosion. Even the cashier recognized it, so we asked her opinion for what we needed and she echoed exactly what the guy in the field said. The staff there never ceases to amaze me. They have always made great recommendations for us and they have worked out nicely. Great selection and great staff. Even a nice looking front desk area. Love it.

What was delivered was the basic arrangement, with 12 blooms, and not even well arranged. It looks like twelve tulips from the flower distributor, thrown into a vase. Absolutely not worth the over $100 we paid for a deluxe arrangement. We are now looking for a new florist in Spokane for our future needs.

Their website is easy to use, had great photos, and, what got me is they offered a "florists choice" bouquet. I opted for that and placed my order. They do charge a delivery fee of $15 and an 'online convenience fee' of $3.99 (I feel this is absurd. I work in retail, small business located in Hawaii and we never charge extra fees for online). At any rate, I paid the extra fees and placed my order. When my friend received her bouquet, she sent me a photo. It was gorgeous and she said it smelled amazing. There was a good mix of open flowers and some getting ready to bloom. Did I like the extra fees? Nope. But, seeing the beautiful bouquet and being able to surprise my friend made the fees sting a bit less.
