On a good note The staff is helpful and if you are close by and really need a part I'm sure they can help. Since we are a small town we are stuck with them and This place offers nothing but terrible service. I don't know if the people in the service office are over worked or they dont know what they are doing. Every time you go in it seems like they are bothered that you are there. An old man named Mario,…read morewho was attending me, told me that they apparently were not able to provide me a FREE rental car while my car was being serviced even though I explicitly told them I had a busy schedule. Nevertheless, I left my car there and walked to the nearby Walmart where I was lucky to find a friend that could take me home. Furthermore, it took two hours until they called me back even though they said it would only take one - not that I'm surprised about that lie. To top it off, after I picked my car up, I noticed that they left the steering wheel was not aligned properly which told me they did not care to do a good job. Ultimately, I will never plan to purchase a car at this dealership ever.
