When I first went to see Dr.Roberts he spent the time to discuss my entire past medical history and what I was continuing to have issues with. He seemed to know a lot about sports injuries which made me feel more confident in choosing him. After taking some x-rays he used roller tables, stretching, and manipulation to help me get back in alignment. Man did I feel good after that! I could def use that a few times a week . The doctor also explained stretches\exercises I should do to keep loose and help strengthen the weaker areas of my back. Most recently Rebecca helped me with my intense shoulder and trap tightness and pain. I was all locked up and did not have much range of motion but when I got off her table I felt like I could fly! Add to this I always sleep amazingly deep the night after a massage from Rebecca and it's not just that she technically knows her stuff, its her! She is grounded and take the time and energy to truly connect with you, feel what you need and then deliver a beautiful and healing massage. If I lived closer I would want her to work on me every month. For now I will just have to catch as catch can and go whenever I am near! She has got to be an amazing asset to this Chiropractic Office. Generally, when I ask for a lot of pressure, therapists just don't get it. This therapist totally did. She did a great job, was super friendly, did not talk too much during the massage, and offered me a discount on my next appointment. Thumbs up for sure. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was the atmosphere. There were 4 kids in the lobby, being really loud, which I could hear over the music in the massage room. Also, I don't really care about this since I knew it was a dr's office, but the decor, etc. is not really overly soothing, relaxing, etc. It's pretty dr-like in decorations, but if you are like me and seriously just want a good massage, it's fine. I don't need fancy. Others would not like this though, if they are looking for a spa experience. Also, I screwed up on my appointment time, thought it was 530, it was really 500.
