His crew was incredibly professional: in another morning, they hung from the highest branches of the oak above our garage and trimmed anything that looked dead or compromised the safety of our property, all without causing a scratch to our home. They were all prompt with being there on time which they get credit for because I appreciate that. One contractor came in at $6000 another contractor at $5000 and one more at $8500. The funny thing is, they were quoting me anywhere between six and eight Trees. The guy that quoted me on six, I pointed out two others and said what about those and he had never even noticed them. Ryan comes out shows me that there are 12 trees that really need to come down and explain why then he pointed out that my oak tree needed two branches removed in order for the oak tree to remain healthy. They would just take care of that while they were up on the lift. Also, one of the biggest trees in the front yard he said they would grind the stump down after cutting the tree so that my yard would remain looking nice. All this for $6000!!!!!!!!!! Ryan was prompt. His crew was respectful and very polite. What also impressed me was the open line of communication with Ryan. After the big snowstorm in March 2026, they were out there working while the warm weather was melting the snow pretty quickly - Ryan actually video called me to show me how saturated the yard was and explained why they would need to quit working. I appreciated them, not damaging the yard and having the courtesy to call and explain everything to me.
