Disappointing experience - not what I paid for Signed up for a weekend course that was supposed to include multiple full sessions. More than half were canceled or cut short, forcing me to miss work for makeups. Final class/exam was canceled too. Also dealt with admin mix-ups about attendance. Buyer Beware!! 1000% agree with these 2 reviews . I have never in my life experience such horrible people to deal with . First and foremost I never spoke with anyone on the phone it was very unprofessional all through text . Whoever the person was texting took my credit card charged me the down payment and without my knowledge charged the balance BEFORE I even got to step a foot in the place . Then they cancelled out on me and refused to return my money . They claim "no refunds ". I was told the class was full then when I said I wanted to cancel . Low and behold the person said " oh you can come in tonight " are you coming in ? Blah blah blah . I said no I would like my Refund . The person then mocked my text by adding lol "Haha" to the text I wrote as if they were some 13 year old child I was dealing with accusing me of wasting their time and accused me of being in Calif as opposed to Florida that I was trying to pull a fast one on them . These people are crazy!!! Rip offs !!! Unprofessional!! And liars!!! Clearly ignored my text and said it went to spam when it was there in the snapshot they sent me ... lmfao!! These animals need to be reported to the BBB . Immediately Not to mention , they charged my credit card without my permission when asked in a text WHY THEY CHARGED MY CARD BEFORE CHRISTMAS AND BEFORE I EVEN RECEIVED THEIR SERVICES ? They simply ignored me abd my text . Again said it went to spam and apologized ... It was another story when you are enrolling in the school Watch out -- - they call you 20 x a day and Text you 30 x a day it's truly pathetic. Funny thing is they responded to my text to go to the 2021 class on Jan 12 th and they claim they were " sorry my messages went to spam " is we had communication on an I phone and when I threaten to dispute my monies through the bank they sent me a snapshot of me rescheduling and underneath that you clearly see my text to them that's asking WHY THEY CHARGED MY CARD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION ?? I asked multiple times - no response . Yet they claim it went to junk! LIARS! Liars! Liars!!! Thieves!!! Rip off place BUYERS BEWARE !!! Google reviews are all fake btw . These people are crooks unprofessional and honestly you don't even get your (certificate of completion) so RUN RUN RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN !!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY!!! Stay away!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE. I received a text asking if I'd like to pay my remaining balance before class started. I replied "I can" I got no response on how to do that. I did not authorize anyone to use my credit card, yet there was the charge in my bank account. I then had to end up cancelling this class all together due to a job transfer to Texas. I have texted, called, and emailed to get a refund and they have not and will not respond or call me back. Thief's! TERRIBLE business. They will take your money without your authorization and then hide. I will be disputing with my bank at this point since no one can be professional. I will tell everyone I know in Florida not to attend this rip off school. read more

Also note, all of the so called "good reviews" found on Google are forced and fabricated by the school who withhold completion certificates until a student completes an online review! I can't speak for all of the instructors, but mine was completely unprofessional and extremely rude. The first class was scheduled to begin at 6PM but the instructor did not start our class until approximately 6:38PM. Those 38 minutes she spent entirely on 4 students from a more senior class, as the students in my class sat in awkward silence essentially being ignored. When she did finally address our class, there was no introduction of any kind.....she literally just started reading to us from the book. Never demonstrated how to make drinks, just read from the book and then said, "ok, now get back here and practice making the drinks we just read about." She offered no hands-on teaching whatsoever, and spent most of her time between chapters sitting at the desk on her cell phone, occasionally yelling things out. I'm a military Vet and I signed up for this class hoping to learn and do something fun, possibly as a 2nd career to help me break into the hospitality industry. However, this is definitely not the place to do it. The bar itself is a complete disaster......filthy dirty bar rags, water leaking all over the floor from the one broken sink (safety hazard), bar stools literally falling apart and missing legs because they are being used as drink muddlers, and not near enough bar equipment for people to share. I'm not normally a person to complain unless something is seriously wrong, and I have seen first hand that this school has many more problems in addition to the ones I've already listed. The school and class most definitely do not live up to what they are publicly promoting and advertising. In addition to this review, I have contacted to school directly only to receive a generic, auto-reply. I have an open, formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I will be posting and telling everyone I can what a scam this is. And now the alleged owner is accusing me of making a false review & saying I didn't attend the class....he can't even form a grammatically correct sentence as evidenced by his response to my Google review: "This is a false review and has been reported. Tracey is a competition related and is not a bonafide student. Other reviews reflect our real students who successfully attended our program and were satisfied." What??? That's Laughable; much like the business! Mine is not a false review as stated by the "owner." It just so happens that I was a bonafide student who was unhappy with the service/product I paid for, so I dropped out after 2 days and requested a refund due to all of the reasons I have listed, and then some. And rather than the business owner apologizing and trying to make it right he chooses to attack me?!?! Very professional! I assure anyone reading this that there are others who can substantiate my complaint. If you don't believe me, go look at the place yourself; super classy.... oh wait I mean TRASHY!! I happen to be a retired military officer and honorably served this country for more than 20 years; yet the owner has opted to attack my credibility and integrity, 2 things he (Chris Nelson) clearly doesn't possess. read more
