I don't recommend Tony Hernandez as a divorce attorney. He represented me ending a 43 year…read moremarriage, I walked away with absolutely nothing. I filed prior to hiring Mr. Hernandez myself, doing all the paperwork and searches, during the hearing, the Judge suggested I get an attorney because I may be "leaving things on the table" so, I hired Mr. Hernandez. I did not ask for my ex's retirement, which I was entitled to half, all I asked for was the house I am living in so I could sell it. My ex has not been able to be found, even Mr. Hernandez' PI could not find him. Mr. Hernandez should have called me to discuss the possible outcome of the case since my ex couldn't be found (he has been practicing long enough to have had an idea of the outcome), we could have discussed my options, I could have made an informed decision, I was completely blindsided during the hearing. Nothing was awarded to me. The ruling was exactly how it would have been 10 months earlier (nothing) and saved me several thousands of dollars. Mr. Hernandez so casually stated I could live in the house or rent it, have him declared dead in 5-6 years, then sell the house. SERIOUSLY!!! I gave him two stars vice one because he is friendly.

I had to call her months later to ask what was going on. DO NOT HIRE HER. She grossly over billed for admin tasks that never happened and hours that she didn't work on his case. A few days after I told my son to fire her he had a child support court date that he knew nothing about so he failed to show and his ex was able to get whatever she wanted by default. Our experience with her has been horrible and it is sad that she is able to take our money and not provide the legal services we paid for. I feel extremely taken advantage of.
