You need to go on a wonky website, do many steps, and figure out the information to send to your doctor. Very hard to reach a human to figure out how to make it work. The site was too complex with too many steps and I ordered a CD instead which takes a few days to get. I will likely use the radiology service associated with my doctor group next time to avoid the inconvenience and annoyance. I went to Radiology Regional because my doctor-associated radiology group was booked.

The people at Cay West are always friendly and professional and don't seem overworked and aggravated. I was asked to step up to the desk within 10 minutes and another 5 minutes I was in the changing room prepping for my MRI, the ladies in the MRI area got right down to business, they made sure I was comfortable asked me a few routine questions and we got to work, total time less than an hour, perfect.
