I made an appointment by phone. When I entered the office I was immediately greeted. The lobby was clean and inviting. The counselor who assisted me was knowledgeable and efficient. I am very pleased with the assistance she provided. read more

the worst health care advantage plan around just a bunch of kids who know how to answer the phone & use the word "hold for 3-5 minutes" "do yourself a favor stay away from this place! customer service blows! read more

Great, experience just moved to Florida. Went into retail center location to get health insurance. This was a painless process. Met with Mark "agent" who was very knowledgeable and listened to our needs and health concerns. They also have registered nurses on staff along with customer service reps. You can do it all here. No need to waste your time shopping other companies. read more
