I'm so very grateful that I was able to avoid 2 scammers b4 finding Jeannie, especially bc Im so new to the game. When Jeannie gave me a tour thru Face time of her indoor facility for all her dogs; I was truly amazed. She integrated their living area into the heart of ur own living space. The fact that she has a bed next to the expectant mamas to watch for any problems or complications thru the night just puts a cherry on top of things. She is so loving to each of ur babies n she is all in. She has given even the sickest ones a real chance to fight for their survival. I know she is a breeder by name ,but her love for the chihuahua breed extends way past normal. She has provided these puppies with the start to a beautiful beginning. In 2012, she rescued a stray Pomeranian/Chihuahua mix who had been living in the woods for a year. The poor girl had no hair, and her nails were severely overgrown. It appeared she had been used for breeding and then discarded. Jeanne patiently gained her trust, rescued her, and nursed her back to health. She responsibly kept her separate from her breeding dogs to protect them from any potential diseases. I ultimately adopted that sweet girl, who was named Sugar. She was incredibly special to me. I used to whisper to her, "You're going to have a nice life," and she truly did. It was as if she knew she had been saved. Sugar brought immeasurable joy and happiness to my life and lived to be 15 years old. Jeanne is not only an exceptional breeder--she is a compassionate, ethical, and deeply caring person. We feel very fortunate to have found Jan and Tim and received Toby at 12 weeks. He is healthy, smart, super friendly with dogs and people and I never have to worry about taking him to dog parks. My daughter and I flew to choose our pup and the experience was phenomenal. The pups are cared for lovingly and given a good start in life right from the beginning. However, During purchase of my service dog gear, I was advised by the owner to fake being deaf, when people want to know if she's a service dog. She literally made a mocking noise with hand gestures. She continuously insist she can solve PTSD if you just get her bed for 15 min. But it's a secret. Va will have it out next year. That's Some special bed lol! She told me koffee could follow specific commands and when the owner couldn't get her own best of the best dogs to do a basic trick. I immediately suggested we are not a good fit. She doesn't want her best of the best dog back. And that's okay. We will love her. But I definitely wouldn't buy from this place again. Ever.
