She not only sold my home in record time but she very professionally dealt with the most inconsiderate tenants I had living there. I live about 7 hours and 500 miles away. She took care of every facet of getting ready for the sale. Any other realtor would have said it's not worth the aggravation and dropped the deal. Kelley over came the hundred of obstacles thrown at her by the tenants, HOA and a surprise lien found. Kelley hung in there until the very end at the closing!! I'm 67 years old and don't need any unnecessary problems. Kelley handled it all. There is no doubt in my mind Kelley Bragg at Atlantic Shores Realty Expertise is the only company/ realtor I will ever deal with from now on. Thank you Kelley for everything you did and god bless. Initially made contact through zillow, the first few showings went well even after signing a…read moreexclusive buyer broker agreement that for some reason covered rentals as well as buying even though I was only looking to purchase. Halfway through I started being shown properties way out of my budget, hundreds of dollars a month higher than what they knew I was approved for, including new constructions that were over 100k more than I was approved for, talk about not acting in my best interest, all while being told it was in my budget only to find out when presented with numbers that were way off. Then here's the kicker, when I contacted them professionally to have both parties released from the EBBA, I spoke with the lead agent Jason Coley, and he explicitly said they don't cancel, even when they're not acting in my best interest, and said with my budget, I wouldn't be buying anything anyway. Then told me since I mentioned renting, that I would have to take his word for it that he wouldn't come after me for any sort of commision. Might have to go to some sort of regulator about this, im a first time homeboys as well, getting taken advantage of. Edit 4-28-26: The didnt reach out to me for a momfh, to do their duties after I requested termination, I sent another email to terminate the contract, bc especially now more than ever they've been more than unhelpful. Of course as soon as I send that email, theyre back to sending me listings, 99% of which are well over the price range they know and knew about the whole time. Jason especially has been overly rude this whole time, and even tried defending his previous comments towards me saying I couldn't afford anything anyway when he asked me what my budget was. Wish I could rate negative stars, and i will be looking for ways to report them to whatever boards I need to due to this rude, inethical, and unprofessional behavior.
