The response was quick and the diagnosis is that it wasn't the electric, but the fridge. In all fairness, they did say my electric box needed to be replaced sometime soon in the future. I was charged $268. I called a fridge repair company and they came out and said it was the fridge control panel and it would be $800 to replace, not including labor. The fridge was only 3 years old! They suggested I buy a new fridge instead, which I did. When the new fridge came, they plugged it in, and it didn't work. They went to a different outlet and plugged it in. It worked. The problem was electrical after all! So, did I really need a new fridge? I don't think so, but it was too late. So, the new fridge was now plugged into the dining room. I called Don Green back and the same tech came out. I was told I needed a new electrical panel and it would cost $2800 (or was it more, I don't remember as nothing was given to me in writing) and they would need $1400 down to schedule the work. I was given no contract or receipt. The next business day, I called and canceled the work because it was too expensive and I found someone that was personally referred to me. I made 5 calls in October and 4 calls so far in November. Each time I was told my refund is being expedited. Yesterday, I was told a manager would call me within 24 hours. No one has. It's been over three weeks since I requested my refund. Maybe this will get their attention!

I will attempt to contact the manager/owner because whoever this man is should not be working there - bad for their business. Robert Eustace founded Applied Systems in 1980, a company that provides software products for insurance automation and brokerage management. The couple are well known philanthropists who have donated millions of dollars to charity. Another gift the Eustace family gives the community is this holiday light display. Every inch of the 21,000 square foot mansion and all of the foliage over 4.5 acres is draped in 50,000 lights. Everyone is welcome to visit and walk around and there is plenty of parking on the swale out front. Admission to the display is free but donations made are given to the Children's Home Society of Florida and the Hibiscus Children's Center. Lights go up in December until early January and are on from sunset until 11 PM nightly.
