If you have a lot of time to waste, this is the perfect doctors office for you Approximately a year and a half ago I had to leave because they were running an hour and 20 minutes behind. I left and came back because I live close. My last appointment I waited 45 minutes to get in to see the doctor when I set this appointment for today . I specifically set the first thing morning appointment not to wait... after one hour and very busy waiting room told the young lady on the front desk, I am leaving please refund my co-pay. No one is yet to call me to apologize. Why does a doctor think his time is more important than my time When I got Too the doctors office I saw the doctor I seen him behind the front desk. I was like man this is good. I'm gonna get in and out. Wow, was I wrong? If you're someone who values your time, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this office. I first had to leave a year and a half ago because they were running over an 1 1/2 hours behind . I left, but since I live nearby, I gave them a third chance. Fast forward to my most recent appointment, where I scheduled the very first appointment of the day to avoid waiting. What a mistake. After waiting exactly 1 hour, and seeing no sign of the doctor, I had enough. I told the receptionist I was leaving and requested a refund of my co-pay. Still haven't heard from anyone not even a phone call and email a text apology.

During the visit, I was told he was 95% certain I had a serious condition and was repeatedly pushed to undergo more and more tests, "insurance was paying" . When I declined one test, he said out loud in his office that I might die within a week. This was said without compassion and in a way that felt fear-based rather than patient centered. The same day, I sought a second opinion from another cardiologist in the same area, who examined me and told me there was nothing wrong and that I was healthy, thank God. That contrast made the experience even more alarming and confusing. The psychological impact of that encounter stayed with me for years. Regardless of clinical uncertainty, no patient should be pressured, frightened, or spoken to in such a way. Patients deserve empathy, balanced communication, and respect for informed consent unfortunately, that was not my experience.

This was at 6080 Boynton Beach Blvd. They called me just before I got back home and tried to make it look as though it was *my* fault for not complaining to them at the front desk before leaving. Wrong. There were people in line at the front desk, and I had already seen them shoo away other patients who tried to approach with questions after checking in. BOTTOM LINE: They're making way more appointments than they have the capacity to service. Also, there is no way to file a complaint by telephone with them. Call their number and you get the infamous "our menu options have changed" greeting, but none of those options involve feedback on their service (or lack thereof).

When I'm sleeping My heart rate is below 40 for over 10 minutes and when I simply go for a walk, it reaches almost 200. So something is wrong. And he's too lazy and entitled to care.
