The a/c was not part of the project but before they started the 16y/o system went out. I reached out to Shimi late Friday and he had people come out and assess the problem and it was replaced on Saturday. Amazing!!! The rest of the scheduled project was equally successful. They showed up when they were suppose to and Shimi was always available. I've never had such a positive experience with any contractor. Highly recommend Premier and Shimi.

They made the process so easy from start to finish, including completing the drawings in a timely manner, quickly obtaining permitting and moving through each step of construction with little to no delays. Other companies seemed scared to work with our 100 year old bungalow and estimated the build would be around 9 months. They had ours completed in 3 months flat. The addition is everything and more than we dreamed of and we are so happy with it. We are so happy to have went through this process with Premiere Builders. Their workmanship is flawless. Each and every one of their employees is kind, personable, professional and highly skilled. We love this team and will recommend to anyone!

I was left very confused so I wrote the following to help understand my position: Thank you for visiting our home and providing a complimentary estimate for the construction of a four-season sunroom. After reviewing the estimate, I found that it does not provide sufficient detail regarding the specific materials, grades, dimensions, and components included in the quoted price. Before proceeding with a binding contract or making any financing arrangements, I would appreciate receiving a detailed, non-binding preliminary proposal that clearly identifies the following: Type and grade of sheet metal Type, thickness, and R-value of the wall and roof insulation Size, material, and load rating of the structural support beams Glass type, thickness, energy rating, and impact or wind-load rating Ceiling material and finished ceiling height Number and placement of recessed ceiling lights Ceiling-fan specifications Number and placement of electrical outlets Exterior-door type and dimensions Exterior-lighting type and placement Roofing materials and insulation specifications Any permits, engineering, site preparation, and finishing work included in or excluded from the estimate Applicable manufacturer and workmanship warranties Please also confirm whether these specifications will be incorporated into the final contract and whether the preliminary proposal will remain non-binding until I have approved the complete scope of work and financing terms. Because no blueprint, floor plan, or detailed rendering was provided, it is difficult to determine how the completed project will appear. A preliminary drawing showing the proposed dimensions, layout, doors, windows, electrical fixtures, roof design, and connection to the existing home would help ensure that we share the same understanding of the finished project. Providing this information in writing will demonstrate a good-faith effort to clearly define the work and materials included in the quoted price and will allow me to make an informed decision before entering into a binding agreement. Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to receiving the detailed proposal. That being said, and in all fairness to the company I would have addressed the situation differently by collecting the information and prepare a preliminary layout and return to explain the detail that will help the customer know what they are getting for their money, and separate the manufacturer from the installer responsibility so their won't be finger pointing to avoid honoring a rightful warranty. I still hope lifestyle remodeling will reach out to me and respond to my letter this way their reputation can really stand out from the installer prospective, because any failure will usually start the blame there. This is my thought from a consumer's view with a background in structural engineering

Managing a project from Connecticut was daunting, but their team earned our trust immediately through outstanding communication and expert guidance. They excelled as our general contractor, working closely with all the various trades to ensure every detail was executed to a high standard. Their creative design insights were a game changer, and their Sarasota showroom was an invaluable resource for visualizing our project. Even when we threw some big last-minute changes their way, they stayed on schedule without compromising quality. The entire experience was seamless and enjoyable--we highly recommend them for any remodeling needs.

Unlike others who quickly said something couldn't be done, their attitude was always, "Let's figure it out." Our project involved moving walls, investigating structural and bearing walls, removing columns, a full kitchen remodel, interior and exterior painting, new flooring, doors, trim, baseboards, a new front door, and many upgrades throughout the home. Royal Remodeling & Design truly turned our vision into reality. One of the best parts of the experience was the design process at their showroom on Main Street in downtown Sarasota. Being able to see our project on a 3D screen and make changes as we went gave us confidence that everything would turn out exactly how we wanted it. Choosing cabinets, countertops, tile, wood plank flooring, and finishes in one place made the process incredibly convenient and stress-free. Once construction started, communication was excellent. We received regular updates, timelines, and everyone who worked on the home was professional, respectful, and pleasant to work with. Even when we asked for extra changes, the response was always, "No problem, we'll take care of it." The home was kept clean throughout the remodel, and we appreciated the thoughtful suggestions made along the way that improved other areas of the house we hadn't even considered. Watching Royal Remodeling & Design transform our 1980s home into a beautiful modern space was an amazing experience. If you are looking for a remodeling general contractor in Sarasota County for a full home remodel, full condo remodel, kitchen remodel, or bathroom remodel, we highly recommend Royal Remodeling & Design. Professional, knowledgeable, and truly committed to turning your vision into reality.

Despite us being clear on our budget, despite us doing all we could to change scope, change designs, look at different materials to get the project to our budget, and after numerous reviews and discussions over months of work and then reaching an agreement - we were then surprised with an email stating that they made assumptions in the design, they made assumptions in what we wanted to do, and that the agreed to scope and price was not what we had agreed to in writing but more, note that this was not the 1st time that they changed direction due to their own assumptions of what we wanted - despite having very detailed notes and communication with them. This is a summary of the over 9 months of work we put into this relationship to work - after all this we decided we could not trust them and ended the relationship and asked that our deposit paid when we signed a design contract be returned to us. They refused stating that they had delivered but that the project did not meet out budget - which is not factual. And on top they stated that they had spent more than our deposit and we could have our lawyers call their lawyers. lessons learned is do not use trust as gage in working with a contractor.
