They are not aggressive, afraid to fight for their clients, do not return calls or emails, have swapped paralegals and case managers multiple times during this lawsuit, and have been untruthful regarding settlement agreements. Communication through the two year process of dealing with my home insurance claim was as bad as it gets with this firm. Emails and phone calls ignored for weeks if not months. Went through 5-6 paralegals/ assistants handling this case during the process who couldn't answer any questions or give any insightful information. When we finally got to mediation my own attorney misrepresented the settlement and then played dumb when it took 5 months after the settlement to get the money. We settled based on information given by representing attorney which ended up being false. I'm positive the lead attorney wanted to settle and get this case wrapped up regardless of looking at the best interest of their client to get their 25% commission. High recommend staying away. Terrible experience that I would never want anyone to go through with attorneys. Lowest of the lows for attorneys. Stay away from attorneys that charge a percentage of the claim. read more

Public Beware of Florin and Roebig. Florin and Roebig will not deal in "good faith" with you, will have you sign a retainer agreement, make you waste your valuable time giving them information and requested evidence against a party you have a claim against and then "mysteriously" determine not to represent you without explanation. Communication is non existent. Once you reach settlement, prepare to never hear from them again. You will get your funds in a year minimum.

The other driver hit us with a small semi-truck, and I clearly had injuries to my spine, considering my age, I was worried about my future. The case took to the statue of limitations, 4-years, and I received $1.2k, while the law firm received $5k, and my doctors received $5k. Hard time getting responses from them, case took 17 months to settle, started at asking $45,000 for a settlement from insurance and ended up with 5K ($2900 after lawyers cut) HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience, Florin made me feel that I was lucky to get what I got..........However, I felt if they did THEIR job better, they should have got more close to what they asked for since they said that was the average pay out on a similar case! Well... they took 1/2 hour of my time with a pre-interview. No matter how many times I called back they wouldn't let me know if they were interested in taking my case. The ironic thing is that they were referred to me by a mutual attorney friend and I reiterated that several times. Just imagine if I would've given them a retainer. read more
