Came by this morning, good thing they open early. Great place to catch up with friends, do your work, or just sit still haha. I was dropping my vehicle nearby for an oil change, need a spot to just cool down from nasty heat outside. I'm not an avid coffee drinker as my wife is... but I enjoy their black sesame latte. The sesame didnt overcome the coffee, well balanced. Next time I will bring my wife here if we both wfh, lol.

We ordered the black sesame latte and tirimisu latte. Their coffee isn't the best coffee I had, but I definitely like their cold foam. It is a spaced cafe with chill lightings, music, vibes and free wifi. Will definitely be back if I ever need a cafe to do work again.

    Non alcoholic Lychee drink.

It was amazing! A sweet gem in Flushing. A friend and I came to the bar after opening at 7pm. I tried the non-alcoholic drink with the Lychee it was refreshing, light, with a mild coconut flavor. The presentation was BEAUTIFUL. The wagyu sliders and truffle fries were DELICIOUS. The ambiance is relaxing, and a great place for catching up. Soft Jazz was playing, and the world cup was on mute in the background. I would DEFINITELY be back again.

A cute, wfh-friendly cafe! They offers fresh flower bouquets, preserved flowers, and asian-inspired drinks in Downtown Flushing. Best of all, their specialty coffee and tea are surprisingly affordable--most drinks are only around $5 to $7, which is a steal compared to many boba and tea shops. The space is spacious, comfy, and beautifully decorated, with free Wi-Fi and clean bathrooms. Their playlist is very nostalgic, playing songs by Jay Chou, Khalil Fong, and Fiona Sit. Perfect for working, grabbing a coffee, and picking up flowers all in one stop. *Golden Osmanthus Jasmine $6.5 I love light, floral teas, and this one was perfect. It is a blend of jasmine tea and osmanthus topped with cream foam. Delicate, refreshing, and not too sweet. *Black Sesame Latte $6 The black sesame cream foam was so nutty that I literally scooped it up with a spoon. The flavor turned mild once mixed with the espresso and milk though. *Matcha White Chocolate $7 A Christmas special! I was so excited to see they serve "matcha donut latte" which is quite popular last year. The vibrant green matcha latte is topped with a ring of whipped cream and funfetti. A very warm and cozy drink. *Warm Tofu Pudding $6 This tofu pudding comes with either ginger or osmanthus syrup. I added lychee jelly, mixed fruit jelly, and red bean. Warm, cozy, and especially comforting on a cold day.

Their entrance is on the side. They have a good amount of tables, but with their 3 hours seating limit, outlets and free wifi, these tables seem to be mostly taken up for a long time. We ended up standing at the couple high tops they have by the window. They have two individual bathrooms, which were nice. They have a nice array of flowers, but I was here for the tofu pudding. You can order at the kiosk by the entrance or with the cashier. They have whole, 2%, oat, almond, and soy milk and half&half. It is $1.25 for alternative milk (I got soy milk), which will make your drink pretty pricey. The alternatives are not listed on the menu, and I am not a fan of the high price point, and would suggest taking a lactaid for fellow lactose intolerant people. The Matcha Red Bean Pudding Latte (Iced with Soy Milk) had minimal matcha flavor. The pudding and red bean added good texture, and was all I could really taste. Also, be sure to really mix it up if you're getting the drink iced, because the pudding is put in hot. I had a sip of the Soymilk Pudding Latte (Iced), which was pretty good, but I'm not a coffee drinker, so take my opinion with a grain of salt. The Hearty Tofu Pudding with Ginger Syrup (basically dofufa) had good texture, same as in the drinks. However, it was minimal in ginger flavor and the osmanthus flowers didn't add much. It also wasn't sweet at all. Maybe it'd be better with the toppings, but they're $0.75 each, so it'll end up being a pretty pricey pudding. Overall, unimpressed with this spot. They should stick to their coffees, because the matcha was disappointing. I'd also rather get my Tofu Pudding with Ginger Syrup elsewhere.

I genuinely can't believe we have a spot like this in Flushing. The combination of flowers, coffee, and cocktails just works so well. The space is gorgeous, cozy, and feels very thoughtfully designed. Whether you're looking for a place to work, read, meet a friend, or just enjoy a drink, this place fits the mood. It's rare to find somewhere that feels just as inviting during the day as it does at night. Such a gem for the neighborhood.

This is such a cute cafes. It's slightly hidden but once you find it, you wont forget. It's a flower shop that and coffee shop. The place is beautiful and very comfortable. The prices are decent. The staff are very nice. Even the bathroom was nice, spacious and clean. You can order from the kiosk, pick up some flowers and pick up your drink and relax a bit here. I ordered the pistachio latte, it has real nuts in there which I was surprised. I enjoyed the cold foam on top, but didn't really like having nuts in the drink. I also ordered matcha affogato and it was good.

This cafe is so pretty and the perfect spot to get some work done. They have some seating outside, but their inside is spacious with lots of tables for you to do your work at or to catch up with friends. It's also stunning and there are tons of flowers everywhere. We ordered at a kiosk here and I got their creme brulee latte. It was great, and I felt super caffeinated after. Would definitely come back here to get some work done sometime!

I don't normally go to cafes but I saw how nice it was so I wanted to sit and get some coffee after dinner. Like everyone said..it is beautiful inside. I was here a hr before closing but there was still a good amount of people there and half of them had laptops. It was really quiet so we whispered to each other.. When you come in.. there's a kiosk right near the door to place your order. The cappuccino was just okay. The hot chocolate L got...was pretty bad. It was just a hint of chocolate and the rest was just sweet milk .. it was a very odd tasting hot chocolate.. and it wasn't hot nor was my coffee. I guess we should've ordered it really hot.. but even though the drinks were mediocre to just okay.. the ambiance is really nice.. so I'd come back but try something else.

Think one of the best new cafes in town. A very good variety of lattes and drinks. The owner and staff are also so incredibly nice. Hospitality is top notch. The vibe here is very study friendly cafe. You always see people here studying or doing work. They are also dog friendly and we've been walking our dog here on occasion since the beginning. That itself already warrants 5 for me. Per their name, they sell plants here too. We got a monstera plant from here the first day we visited.

Coffee and flowers-I am there! The place is spacious with plenty of seating, so it is perfect to get work done or catch up with friends. They have a variety of speciality drinks and snacks. I ordered the pistachio latte. It wasn't the best pistachio latte I've ever had, but it was still enjoyable.

    Sophia W.

The matcha affogato was pretty good, I liked the blend of sweet and bitter. I really recommend this cafe as a study spot - it's big and open, with lots of tables (although you have to sit at the counter if you have a laptop), the vibe is cozy studying/quiet talking. The server was friendly.

It is a bit more to the expensive side if I compare to what I will pay for a double burger and fries at Burger joint at 7th street burger. I guess i paid for the atmosphere. Service is ok. The waitress is very quiet. I dont think she spoke more than 20 words to me. Mostly nodding at my request. She did refill my water without me asking. However, she didnt bring me utensils. I had to use the toothpick that held the burger together to eat the leftover crumbs. My hands is a bit sticky and smell like barbecue sauce as a result of it. Thats why I deduct a star

The tofu is silky smooth, almost custard like--it's good alone or with the ginger simple syrup. This storefront is connected to a cafe/bakery and flower shop. I was impressed by the updated interior, especially as a hole in the wall spot. Definitely add it to your list for a true Chinese food crawl in Flushing.

BLUF: Stick with the basics…read more Soybean Chan 陳豆花, once a mom and pop flower shop with a tofu pudding (豆腐花) stand, recently renovated and split into three businesses housed in one store -- a tofu pudding shop and a coffee / boba tea bar prominently in the front of the store, with a smaller flower shop in the back. We visited the tofu pudding shop twice in recent weeks. The tofu pudding hasn't been as silken smooth as it should be, and after those two visits, we confirmed we still think it isn't. Soybean Chan is nonetheless is attempting to transform this basic, low-cost dessert into an upscale treat by offering multiple add-on options. The add-ons do make the tofu pudding more interesting, but they also reduce the amount of tofu pudding received because everything is packed into one container. And the add-ons don't improve the "mid" quality of the tofu pudding. We paid $11.98, including tax, in our last visit for a 32-oz container of "Classic Reunion Tofu Pudding" with Lychee Coconut Jelly. The staff member who took and fulfilled the order forgot the Lychee Coconut Jelly. A basic 32-oz container of tofu pudding here can cost as little as $6, including tax. The shop is geared for take-out, but there are two counter-height round bar tables for those interested in eating in. Same price cash or credit. Soybean Chan has another store in Elmhurst, NY, take-out only, which offers the basics at slightly lower prices, with similar, mediocre (though sometimes better), quality. Wong Kwong Hop in Elmhurst sells a smoother tofu pudding, $4 for a 32-oz container, albeit with a regular sugar syrup, not Soybean Chan's ginger syrup.
