I came across having Flory industries to repair my carpet cleaning equipment. With a new motor install and ready for pick, I came by to pay for service that was done. New motor install with labor came out to be $3,600+ after paying they later address to me that my trailer was stolen from their secure lot. No refund were given back to me. My trailer gone, my carpet cleaning equipment gone and there facility and farm equipment's were untouched. Total inside job. They left my trailer unlock unsecured this was for sure an inside job considering they had no damage to there property. Even their cameras had poor quality recordings. read more

Very incompetent business ! My wife bought me a stihl blower for xmas, she knows nothing about anything mechanical. The salesman told her to just buy one and after the holiday I could exchange or keep it ,but they had to start it. I took it in they put gas in it started IT and gave it to me no other help as far as start sequence etc, I go to the counter I ask about the warranty they tell me IT HAS 2 years but if I buy a can of the sthil oil its extends to 4 years .I say ok I want a can and they tell me :sorry too late! it had to be on the receipt and since we put gas in the unit you cant return it . Are you kidding me I spend over 5 bills on this unit its sitting on their shop floor never been used and I got these clowns laughing at me for their lack of professionalism and service to me. Then the salesman walks up and says he offered it to my wife and she said she didn't want it which was an out right lie. THIS IS WHY SHE BOUGHT IT WITH OUT GAS ETC.
