It's part of Vienna's large bus depot and is a nice and safe place to hang out while waiting for your departure. I grabbed a good Viennese style coffee at a little kiosk in the middle of the mall, I used the clean and FREE toilets, and I perused the large supermarket inside for snacks to take on my journey. There isn't much in the way of stores but if you need toiletries or clothing, you'll find it here. Big chain brands include H&M and Geox but there are plenty of little indie and European shops too. Take note that there are a ton of different exits so I suggest upon arrival you 1. take time to locate your bus platform and 2. watch out exactly where you exit the mall. We tried to catch an Uber back to our hotel after arriving here and we had two drivers give up due to sheer frustration. Walk a block away from the Center and it's easier for taxis or Uber drivers to find you because the huge structure interferes with their GPS.

Babyinside is a great shopping store for maternity ware and small children clothing. The three…read moresections (boys, girls and mom's) are evenly seperated and the store also have two changing rooms.The clothing is moderately priced and the store also offers a baby bouncing swing, which is highly recommended. The store owner and her assistant were extremely friendly and very helpful. Great customer care!

I came into Steffel because I knew they sold the brand of watch that I own. My watch needs a new…read morebattery, and I went to the desk displayed/sold watches. I asked the saleswoman in that section if she could change a my battery, and she said, "No. You have to go to a Jeweler for that." O.K., that's acceptable. What wasn't acceptable was when I asked her where the nearest jeweler was located... how do I get to one? I told her I am not from here (although I have lived here for about a year, but I didn't tell her that) and she looked at me, very serious, and proceeded to ask me, "Do you have a cell phone? Get on the internet and type in 'nearest jeweler'..." She was still talking, but I had begun to walk away at that point. THIS is by far the rudest, of rude interactions with customer service that I've ever had. Even on a bad day, this is NEVER an acceptable way to talk to a customer.

The ladies at the makeup register rudely rejected my request stating that they accept no returns! Even 5 minutes after a purchase!!! Wow!!! Never again will I step foot in this store of entertain the idea to purchase ANYTHING from their makeup department. Very low bar service and a major disappointment! Stay away and purchase your make next door from Douglas!!!

Although two weeks ago I purchased a Tee shirt which has been made completely out of shape but I have no doubt they will replace the shirt. This wont deter me I think its a great shop and great staff definitely the place to shop for menswear in Vienna, take a look. Greg
