I was also given a heated neck wrap which was really nice because I am always cold. Anastasia was masseuse and she did excellent with meeting my needs for pressure/tension areas. I checked in with Dr. Sabljak, he did a brief check of my medical history and took me back. He commenced with placing on the needles, a painless process, hooked up the TENS unit and left the room. It was a totally relaxing process. I am now hooked on Acupuncture and will be going back! Dr. Sabljak is very personable and is super passionate and knowledgeable about what he does.
