Stopped in around 10:45 after my Pilates class (Hili fitness is right next door) to get my nails done for the big semifinals game Thursday. This was my first time here. I've heard great things about it. They offer appointments and walk in. They got me right in. The space is clean and is long with pedicure chairs lined in the back and manicure stations in the front. They have a LARGE color selection so you won't have a problem finding what you need. Pricing is in line with all the others in the area. Dip manicure with design was $50. I opted for navy and gold with a ND symbol (go Irish) I wasn't sure he'd be able to do it but he nailed it. Highly recommend this place. Bonus, it's family owned and operated, love that! read more

Such a fantastic nail salon!!! Just left here with my mom and sister and we all left SO happy with our pedicures. We've been trying to find a new salon in the area and we will definitely be back here. We use to go to Windermere Nails and Spa but the staff there is always rude and rushing. It was nice to have staff that was friendly, took their time to do a great pedicure, and wasn't rude just because we only wanted a classic pedicure or if we said no to gel. May did my pedicure and she was very nice and it was the best pedicure I've had in a long time! Also very reasonable pricing and the salon was clean and cute. read more

Trinh works the front desk and is amazing. He is affable, great at his job, and is so helpful. He, and everyone else, are always so accommodating. Ray is my most favorite nail tech ever. I get acrylic with gel on top. I will only go to him from now. He keeps my shape the way I like it and he knows the shape I prefer every time I come in. Ray keeps my nails thin like I prefer. I have been going to this nail salon for at least 15 years and had been very pleased with the service until today. I accidentally knocked down my tea and I inmediately apologized and told my technician that I would compensate him for the extra work With a big tip. Out of no where came a new "manager" and said that I needed to apologize and say "sorry". She tried to shame a 60 year old woman for accidentally knocking down her tea after I said sorry, tried to help pick up and offer a bigger tip. This lady needs a cultural enrichment course on customer service; her behavior was rude, unprofessional and counter productive to the business. I strongly urge the owners of the salon to retrain this lady on American business and services etiquette. read more

I had been to this salon one time before and really liked how my nails came out, so decided to go back. Tony took care of me and I am obsessed with my nails. I'm updating my review because a week later, I developed a foot fungus. Hubby said it was athletes foot. I'm a sandal girl. My tech was efficient & used new tools on me. However, as I recall he borrowed the female techs foot grater as she was walking towards the sink. She handed it to him so I assumed she sterilized it after using it on a male client. Not impressed. I was in town visiting family and decided to go get my nails done with my sister. We are both from out of town so we stumbled upon this salon thanks to the high rating. My sisters nails looked beautiful, mine are a different story. One of my big toes, both thumbs, and a couple of other nails are crooked. I was never asked what shape I wanted my nails to be, she just went to town filing after I asked her to cut them. I work in a field where I have to have short nails and maybe this salon is better at long nails that short nails. Once I got home I realized half of my nails were rounded and half of my nails were square with rounded corners (pinkies and pointer fingers are round while ring and middle fingers are square with round corners) which looks awful. Like I said, my sisters nails are beautiful but she added length and I wanted mine cut so maybe they are better at long nails than short nails? I saw another woman with beautiful long nails checking out at the same time so I don't understand why mine look so awful. They were super busy the day we went so the nail tech, without a word, stopped halfway through my sisters nails for half an hour to do someone's eyebrows which I've never see before. I'll be honest we only had pedicure appointments and decided last minute to do nails as well so they squeezed us in. I've just never had someone stop halfway through to go take care of another client. It was bizarre that we were not told what was going on until another tech overheard us saying she was gone for a long time. Overall, I'm not impressed and I'm going to have to get my nails re-done once I get home from the holiday. read more

My worst experience at a nail spa. I would have given zero stars if Google allowed it. They were beyond rude to me and my pedicure was terrible, and it was gel? There are already chips and it's coming off, and I've just been to a new nail spa since I visited friends in Orlando and decided to get my nails done at this horrendous place. Tony is beyond rude and don't waste your time coming to this establishment, my friends have had horrible experiences there too, one where he stopped doing her nails midway and wouldn't serve her anymore after going there every two weeks for the past couple of months. After reading such good reviews, I decided to stop by after work approx. 5pm. As I entered two young women were signing in and one was seated, waiting. When I began to sign in, I was then asked from across the room from a gentleman "what I needed, and I motioned nails". Then another female worker asked me if I had an appointment, and I said no I didn't. She then said I would need to come back another day because they were too busy. I was puzzled since they closed at 8pm, almost 3hrs later, but I politely left vowing not to ever Return!!! I wonder if other customers like me had the same experience? Not even an attempt to schedule an appointment or even being approached without yelling across the room in front of the entire shop???? Disappointing, but everything happens for a reason, so thank you Lord!!!! read more

Read some reviews and thought it would be a fairly nice place.... Will never be coming back again, the owner or worker named Tony was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I'm a customer who appreciates quality and craft, if I see something that isn't correct I'll politely tell you because I want what I'm paying for. Especially if it's something that pertains to a customers physical comfort, which at this appt it was. I guess that was too much for Tony as he took that as me disrespecting him and responded with an attempt of verbal abuse. If I could give zero stars.. I would. Tony did my nails one week, a plain black line on a pink base nail. Simple, nothing crazy. I liked the job he did, but ended up going back within 2 days to ask if I could have two nails fixed. As a former service worker, I always go into these situations with respect and try to be self aware of any sense of entitlement. I didn't think nor realize this would be a tipping point for Tony, as he got super upset and insulted that I would even come for that. I'm a person, that if and when I'm paying for something especially like hair or nails, I like to make sure I like what i'm paying for. I came back hesitant to even ask but tried anyways. Fast forward to two weeks later, i'm due for another appt. To my surprise, after taking my appt, Tony tells me mid session that he nor anyone will be doing my nails. I asked why even give me an appt then? in shock, I couldn't believe he was still upset. But he let me know that he remembered me and that "since he wasn't good enough for me, no one is". I couldn't believe what I was hearing as i'd had pretty good encounters with everyone else in the establishment. This is insanely unprofessional and no customer deserves to be treated that way. You deserve to get what you're paying for, of course while being respectful, but you still deserve that at the least. Will never be back nor recommend, give your money to any other nail spa. read more

Wow!! I LOVE this place. Tucked into the corner of the plaza and worth the effort to find it. Used to be called something else, just went under new management. All new polishes, gels and dips and brand new massage chairs, that actually work. Ahhhhh-mazing pedicure! Very clean inside. I brought my elderly dad and mom, who are respectively, 90 and 87 years old. My mom was scheduled for a mani and pedi (hot stone) and my dad was having a hot stone pedi. Upon entrance, we were greeted and treated with great respect. They offered drinks and were very welcoming. They communicated on a timely basis that they were running just a few minutes behind.
