After not receiving I left her a text, the following Monday morning, asking if she accepts new clients. She replied to this text asking who I was. I replied telling her who I was and that I had left a voicemail the previous week. She texted back apologizing for not returning the voicemail. She told me she would call me after 10:30 that morning. I replied "that would be great". Around 11:30, she texted that she was stepping into a meeting and would like to call me at 12:30. She also gave me information about herself and her practice. I immediately replied and told her that I was unavailable at 12:30, but could accept her call or call her anytime after 1:00. I also texted her more information about myself. I explained that I was 71 years old and looking for massage to address my current musculoskeletal issues. I never heard from her again and being totally frustrated at this point, no longer tried to contact her.
