Them because I am out of state he thought he would jack the price up ridiculously high. He wanted $750 per load removed and estimated around 7 truck loads. In that truck it would have been 10-12. The whole reason I paid the other tenant to open the door to provide a quote was for a set price. Not something where I could taken advantage of later. His estimated cost (which was low on truck loads) came in at $5250. Guess what I got it done for people? $1350. The other reviews are good, but I caution people to be wary of this business trying to take advantage of you during the process.
