The process of returning their clothes is easy, BUT plan on waiting 5 WEEKS for a refund from the day that you ship your item back. In this day and age it is unacceptable. They also don't have the option of reaching a customer service rep (human being) by phone, and they don't have an online chat on their website. The only way to reach a customer service rep is via email. They do respond to emails, but only repeat their returns policy that is stated on their website. I feel sad making this review, especially considering they are a SoCal business, but they need to do better.

It started when a young lady came in asking the man working there where she could find a loaf of bread. He seemed to be playing dumb with her instead of simply helping her. I told her that the bread was around on the other side. He then asked me, "What did she say?" I explained that she was looking for a loaf of bread, and he started playing around with me too. That interaction immediately felt like a red flag and made me uncomfortable. Then, during my interaction with him, he repeatedly made comments about how he "knew my Black friends." I have NEVER seen or met this man a day in my life, so I have no idea why he felt it was appropriate to assume he knew my friends simply because I am Black. I was literally just stopping at the store on my way to work. I left feeling singled out, stereotyped, and completely disrespected. His comments came across as racist and were completely inappropriate. What makes this especially upsetting is that people from the Black community regularly patronize this store and spend their hard-earned money here. We deserve the same respect as every other customer. You cannot happily take money from a community while treating members of that community as if we're all the same or making racial assumptions about us. We needed to grab 10lbs of 80/20 and it wasn't ticketed yet and Andres was working in freezer area, and he got us all ticketed up and it was much appreciated. Joseph was our checkout cashier, and he was personable and polite and wished us a good rest of the week all while doing it all with a smile. Javier, what can I say about Javi....he is our Mostest Favoritest (I am aware that isn't a thing) checkout person in all of Costco all over the world.
