It's straight forward delicious! It is traditionally Mexican cuisine with a European feel. They have great breakfast choices: omelettes, waffles, pancakes, huevos rancheros, mole, snd enchiladas which are a must to try. They also have amazing lunch choices: salads, sandwiches, soups and much more!! Everything fresh and made to order! I loved the ascetics ...modern inviting and relaxed. The staff was wonderful and warm! We loved it so much that we had breakfast there everyday during our stay as well as evening/night coffee and tea. We discovered that there are a few other restaurants around Guanajuato too. Everything we tried was delicious!! If you live in Guanajuato or ate visiting you don't want to pass it by.
