They use and sell Milbon hair products. Milbon is a professional Japanese line that can only be found in salons. Josh is an absolute gem! Josh has been in charge of my hair and my daughter's hair for 5 years. I began seeing him when my daughter outgrew the kiddie hair cut places. He is great with kids and he handled her very well when she couldn't sit still. He has done a fantastic job with my hair as well. He stays on top of modern trends and cuts. Worst customer service ever! Can't comment on their actual cuts or color however from what I saw, I dodged a bullet. Surprised by the prior reviews, makes me wonder if they are acquaintances or real new clients. Called to book, spoke on the phone with Felicia and clearly stated that I did not book online because I had a question regarding the cut I needed. I mentioned that my hair is growing back from chemo and it just needs a clean up and trim. She proceeded to schedule me for same day appointment, I arrived 15 minutes before appointment after driving in the rain over 30 minutes. When she arrives to the studio, she starts putting her stuff away and 5 minutes later tells me she can't cut my hair because she doesn't do pixies?!! Her business partner tells me he can do it but is fully booked?! Seriously.. maybe update your website to say such and also have some empathy for your potential clients. Misunderstandings always happen but your approach was of such poor taste and just pathetic. read more

After getting tired of walking out of the barber shop less than thrilled with the cut I decided to look for a professional stylist and after some internet sleuthing decided to give Flow a try. The salon is located in a building with other salons and I recommend you park in the free garage, street parking is not really an option.
