She also said you can work your way up to the of certain levels if you begin low for your body to get used it and tolerate. The program has 28 appointments where you should be going at least twice a week to obtain your results and your goal . The regular price is $499 . During the Grand opening they will have a special offer for $199 . If you did not choose to do the program you can do an a la carte service depending on the availability. The a la carte services are $49 each. The main focus is on reducing inflammation, removing toxins and repairing cells. These can enhance metabolic function, boost immunity and energy. The majority of the programs must consist of either cryotherapy or iv therapy that a nurse on staff will be administering. The services depending on the program and how it will be for you personally would consists of cryotherapy, infrared sauna, dry salt therapy,PEMF, body slimming/sculpting, IV therapy, compression therapy, red light therapy, sound therapy, and dynamic E Stim. The last ones are located in a wellness lounge were you can lie down and relax. For me the body sculpting felt ok, I did not like the electrical stimulation on my stomach. I did test out the PEMF for about 5 minutes it's supposed to be half hour at . I went up to 50% surprisingly since I could not tolerate more than 30% on my stomach. However, the cryotherapy whole body unfortunately was not for me which I knew they had me to it and said the body starts to get used it as you progress. It is supposed to be for 3 minutes, I lasted 20 seconds which was way more than I should have I wanted out by 15 minutes but my coach said it's fine I can do more. I personally dislike the cold so it did not feel relaxing or comfortable to me. Also, the main part of the program has cryotherapy and I unfortunately despise the cold. I could not just do the ones I liked, as you need to follow the program as instructed which includes the cryotherapy. So I will just go back for a visit when I feel the need for the PEMF electrode, or the dry salt therapy. It's a great health booster.
