I emailed to check their holiday hours, and they responded quickly, which was helpful. However, they said to schedule via a WhatsApp number and didn't respond there until I emailed again, so not sure what the point of the WhatsApp messaging is. Payment was easy, they take credit card (with tap to pay) and cash. No Apple Pay. It was 25 Euro when I went, not bad for access to barbells abroad.

I was in town for one evening and was in desperate need of a workout. Weeks of vacation eating and…read moreno "real" exercise to speak of had left me incredibly grumpy and not to mention bloated/gross feeling/normal self-loathing that accompanies inactivity. This place was less than a mile from my hotel and stayed open late. The day rate is incredibly cheap, considering they could gouge workout-desperate tourists. I was expecting to pay far more than the 8.90 €. The gym is old and in a basement with approximately 8 small rooms through the two floors. Each room is pretty small, no bigger than 20 SF except for one room for stretching and core, which is quite large considering the space. Mix and match equipment, but it's got all you need. Free weights, machines, cardio, floor space and mats. Cash only for day rate or pay online with credit card. The owner, Derrick, was kind enough to accept my credit card for the day rate, even though it's against policy. The connection was bad and I was able to pay online. Cell service is terrible in the area and I couldn't connect to the WIFI, but I think this was my phone's issue. There was even a trainer walking around offering tips and encouragement. If I have time before I leave tomorrow, I will go back. I'm very glad to have found this place! It's nothing fancy but is well worth the price.

I went to this school for four years in a row when I was in college and kept in touch after leaving…read morefor the US five years ago. I still go and take class when I am back in June. There are no specific or distinct dance classes for adults, although they do have a very good yoga class (quite different from the most prevalent styles in the US: not as athletic, for one thing, and fairly hard to follow if you are not fluent in Italian). The ballet and modern (Cunningham style) classes are very good and highly recommended. If you are looking on behalf of your child, this is a great place for beginners! Quando torno a Roma ritorno a fare lezione da loro. Non ci sono lezioni di danza speciali per adulti, anche se per adulti hanno una lezione di yoga molto buona. Cute space. Employees were very nice. A few issues though - the place is rather small (not unusual…read morefor Rome), thus even three other people in the gym with you can feel incredibly crowded. Another issue I faced in winter - there are four separate heaters on in the weight room (one by the smith machine, another by the leg press, one by the treadmill to the furthest right, and one by the lat machine). I couldn't workout for longer than 40 minutes as I felt like my body was overheating because of this. However given that this gym IS in a great location in Navona and helped me burn many a carb, I love this place for that alone.
